Maybes Posted 5 July 2010 Posted 5 July 2010 They moved Swansea again! Jerks! Moving it to be on Sky was annoying in the first place, but now putting it on a monday night. Wankers. Would have loved a weekend down there, decent city.
Head Honcho Posted 7 July 2010 Posted 7 July 2010 That's Pompey and Swansea fvcked for me. I can go to both but will have to drive so no liquor so may as well watch them in the boozer
hackneyfox Posted 15 July 2010 Posted 15 July 2010 Don't be too upset about Pimpley Horrible place and even worse locals
Dylan Posted 15 July 2010 Author Posted 15 July 2010 Its not letting me edit my post , but Sheffield United at home has been moved to the day after. Can an admin edit it or summink?

LE9 Fox Posted 27 July 2010 Posted 27 July 2010 It's the first time in a while that Leicester fans have felt f***d over by SKY but the sad fact is that SKY pretty much owns football these days and if they throw enough money at it then they can ask for whatever they want and get it. *sigh*
poopbutt Posted 6 August 2010 Posted 6 August 2010 Don't be too upset about Pimpley Horrible place and even worse locals i like fratton park...agree about the locals though

1964FOX Posted 20 September 2010 Posted 20 September 2010 I'm led to believe the Swansea game may be put back to the Saturday if we progress in the cup against Portsmouth. Does anyone know if this is correct, would be much better on a Saturday even though I have already booked my hotel for the Monday
kylestyle06 Posted 21 September 2010 Posted 21 September 2010 Its been moved because of SKY. So i'm led to believe we'll play the cup game on the Wednesday instead of Tues.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 21 September 2010 Posted 21 September 2010 Would be unfair if we had to play on the Monday then two days later on the Wednesday, but the I think Pompey had to do something similar at the start of the season. Hopefully Swansea will be put back to the Saturday, or even played at a later date. But this is all assumng we beat Pompey tonight.
bigneville Posted 21 September 2010 Posted 21 September 2010 Do not rule out playing the potential cup game on a Thursday night? Then moving the league game on the following Saturday to a Sunday?
Marmite Posted 21 September 2010 Posted 21 September 2010 They will keep it on the Monday night for sure....due to the return of Mr Sousa
Corky Posted 21 September 2010 Posted 21 September 2010 I think it'll stay on the Monday, with the cup game on the Wednesday.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 21 September 2010 Posted 21 September 2010 I think it'll stay on the Monday, with the cup game on the Wednesday. I think so too. Knowing our shit draws, we'll go and get Swansea in the cup!
Corky Posted 21 September 2010 Posted 21 September 2010 I think so too. Knowing our shit draws, we'll go and get Swansea in the cup! Probably.
Fosse Boy Posted 21 September 2010 Posted 21 September 2010 Sky run football. They'll dictate when we play.
Swansfan Posted 22 September 2010 Posted 22 September 2010 Theres also rumours on the swansea board that the Leicester game will be played at 3pm on the saturday (and not on sky either).
davieG Posted 23 September 2010 Posted 23 September 2010 OS Swansea Clash Moved Posted on: Thu 23 Sep 2010Following City's successful progression to the Carling Cup 4th Round, the previously planned televised trip to face Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium (Monday, October 25) will now revert back to the originally planned date of Saturday, October 23, 3pm. The match will now no longer be broadcast live on SKY TV as previously scheduled.
davieG Posted 7 October 2010 Posted 7 October 2010 From Ipswich OS Town's match against Leicester at Portman Road on December 18 will now be shown live on Sky. The kick-off time has been switched to 5.20pm, with Roy Keane's side now live in front of the cameras twice in the month - Blues' home game with Swansea on December 4 is being covered by Sky with kick-off at 12.45pm. Former England boss Sven Goran Eriksson is now in charge at Leicester having replaced Paulo Sousa this week. It will be the second successive meeting between the clubs that is shown live on TV. Town's 1-1 draw at the Walkers Stadium in January was beamed around the nation by Sky.
Guest Bilo Posted 7 October 2010 Posted 7 October 2010 Meh. Was boycotting anyway with Switch's pricing.
