think i'm with you on this, we were playing a CL side who are miles ahead of us. We were predicting a blood bath but it was far from that. We are a growing team and we're getting better, we have to rememeber 14/15. The idea would have been to try and stay in the game and nick a goal on the break. Tielemens clearly has a motivation/discipline problem which is probably why jardim fell out with him. Ndidi was as bad, and Thomas in games, I think lack of fitness was a problem in that season as Rodger’s probably gave up, but it’s still players responsibility to give their all imo. Wout really isn't that bad imo, his outburst is symptomatic of how badly wrong we have got this window. VK should have been let go, we needed a replacement for Doyle in similar style to allow Ricardo to play the role he played last season. We needed a replacement for Ndidi, a replacement for KDH, a creative midfielder/playmenker, and a striker. we should have had enough serious pre season games where we could have tested giving at least a full 90 minutes to Golding, Alves, Braybrooke, Nelson, Mcateer, Cannon and decided if they can play a role.
