It reads like the culprit was a young loner, struggling with life, not fitting in society, from a wealthy family - with possibly over-protective parents. It seems like a trend, like Adam Lanza etc, over there.

Wouldn't be surprised if the shooter was a loner, failed by the authorities and his parents failed to have any concerns about their wellbeing - like some of the lone-shooter culprits in the country in the past.
