  1. I don’t think they are that well positioned to be aware of that sort of stuff. The last few managers have been agent referrals and rhey fish references from people they know. Bit of an echo chamber
  2. Centre midfield
  3. Like Maresca. They have been subject to cultures where the fans have that culture. There's an awful lot to like about the bloke, just a shame he won't change a thing on the pitch
  4. Worked out for the 92 That of the 91 visited, 64 I've seen Leicester at. In trying to complete the 92, I have visited 117 grounds, 75 I've seen Leicester at.
  5. A lot of Villa fans worried he’s gonna blow up soon due to the number of games he’s had to play
  6. Again I get the cynicism but I don’t think we can moan about the players having a lack of understanding what Leicester means etc, and then have King involved not seeing some benefits to it Yeah Ruud needs experience around him as well agreed
  7. Yeah no disagreement with that either. Just think we need to distinguish when something is positive - that two local charities are going to be exposed to global coverage is good news, I’m happy for them more than anything
  8. yep, something I’ve personally led to be candid. Want to make a position clear in preparation of any announcement etc. There is a club consultation session on ticketing in March
  9. Yeah don’t disagree. This is them doing the proper thing. Have to be consistent with it though. Big test comes with ticket prices soon
  10. Easy to be cynical about it but it’s a worthy event and sort of thing which should be happening
  11. Hope a good chunk of the home end are lagged up
  12. Getting his practice in for the legends tournament
  13. Yeah the fixture list be even worst next season. Plenty of Saturdays 1230s, Monday nights and then the real shitter of Thursdays with a knock on into Sunday weekend fixture
  14. It all goes back to Lookman putting his toys out of the pram at a failed moved to PSG
  15. He's got at least three or four stints in that role coming up I reckon. Ryan Mason springs to mind
  16. Big benefit of visiting Bromley for the 92 on Saturday is visiting a whole part of London, I've never ventured in. Firstly Bromley with its Star & Garter pub - this is Stormbird's sister pub Then Herne Hill after the game and maybe STormbird on the way back where all the sexy people drink
  17. Kone and Dju, what ya gonna do?
  18. I am still walking to the ticket collection point
  19. I suspect it will be a 9am to 9.30am start and just creates a level of a pain to it.
  20. I;d question if Thailand's tourism is going to recover to those levels. There is been a lot written at the moment how the tourism trade there is now going after the same vibe from the likes of Benidorm.
  21. I hear the lost cause line a lot but I ask what other option is there? The fanbase is inundated with opinion but very few actually want to stand up to make a difference. We will keep going around in circles until the penny drops that the fanbase simply hasn’t done enough to keep organisations of the ilk representative of opinions/views. It pains me to say that the Trust is a symptom of that. That ‘one too many’ can reverse if people want to join and put themsleves up for election
  22. Something is awry. This is a company who are firmly in with the establishment and the story has gone public. That is probably a larger alarm bell
  23. I’ve dropped you a message on here. Hopefully help you out via the foxes trust. Anyone else had problems let me/us know, there’s an increasing trend of the inflexibility of the ticket policy leading to these situations and even bans
  24. If as previously mentioned my dad doesn’t renew, it may be decisive on the safe standing expected announcements
  25. But your point about Stoke is meaningless bwvause they haven’t had a takeover. It’s the Coates family still and the perfect example of what could happen at LCFC West Brom have been under new ownership for nearly a year now and if anything they are proof that not all takeovers are bad takeovers. They are no longer under restrictions - they were at the start of the season due to the legacy of the previous owners. This January made four signings including Adam Armstrong and a highly rated Danish attacking midfielder. There’s a clear change in making sensible signings and a better wage budget. The keeper was sold for £5m. They have a highly rated England under 19 international in the wings, they’ve called back a keeper who was doing well in League 1 and Palmer’s contract was due to expire in 2026.
