  1. A real shit part of society that people back organisation/establishment/hierarchy over the people what live it
  2. All four clubs have/are/or were requiring of investment into their training grounds and stadiums. Dead money in other terms. I don’t think any American had a clue where Wrexham was either or Bournemouth or Leeds or Birmingham
  3. Just remember this fella went on the celebration trip to Monaco with the squad and staff after winning the Championship
  4. Again I didn’t say the context of the game. Neither did I make any apologies for Rodgers. His point about squad regeneration was valid. That’s all I said
  5. Soyuncu was shit for Atletico. He played just six games. Yeah I haven’t debated Barnes and I haven’t debated that team should have been good enough to beat Forest. Schmeichel failed at Nice, took an easy number at Anderlecht but didn’t win anything and now he’s lost his way at Celtic. You keep making this about Rodgers and it’s not about him. It’s the criticism that the club stepped away from the system what had worked so well for them. The point that the squad needed a refresh was valid - our back five that day was Ward, Thomas, Amartey, Soyuncu, Justin. Only Justin signed during Rodgers and he was a low risk signing too.
  6. I’m not defending her in any way. It’s very grey in my opinion on her time here. I’m just trying to explain why she hung around. She had a loyalty to the overall family/King Power business so felt the need to hang around rather than getting out straight away.
  7. So let’s park Rodgers to aside then; let’s say he isn’t manager, it’s someone Do you not think then we needed some new players ? For example, the Schmeichel situation was coming and he’s not been any good post Leicester.
  8. It’s more complex that I believe. The King Power organisation like a lot of ‘dynasty’ families is an absolute cluster **** of self interest. Basically she might be reporting to the overall family of what’s occurring but her power is cut in the organisation. It was described to me once as basically like the series of ‘Succession’
  9. Sell 1 for big money and bring in 3/4 to replace those called out. Then you can loan out and sell those at smaller fees. The club should have sold one regardless. Particularly Tielemans on two years left with no intention of signing a new deal
  10. The whole clubs ethos at the time was to sell players at their maximum value and reinvest. That was the plan which worked well for a number of years. We had stopped that. It was literally how the club had been successful for a number of years
  11. The erosion of standards. And the biggest exposure that people at the football club didn’t really get ‘football’ but they absolutely loved being part of a non challenged worship organisation.
  12. Park your Rodgers dislike to aside, he was right. I wouldn’t have trusted him with the signings but that’s not my point. That squad needed a refresh. We had Colwell ready to sign but the club dallied. Then Fofana went and we signed ****ing Faes. Tielemans wasn’t showing any interest in signing a new deal, we needed to sell and sort out a replacement There were players who started that day who were not good enough for the Premier League let alone, top half. Ward, Amartey, Thomas. The bench was wank. I’d argue two out of five as well you’ve stated have gone backwards as players. Particularly Soyuncu.
  13. You can throw your annoyance at Rodgers. But his actual point, with or without him after the Forest game was bang on. The squad needed a refresh. Player trading needed to be done
  14. They will pull it. They’ve been purposely keep quiet on it to see how it all plays out
  15. I’m only going off his daughter’s Instagram post but it appears Steve Walsh of 2016 was working at Huddersfield Town. You’ve got to be kidding me if he’s got a role there and we’ve ignored him
  16. Oh aye. Can imagine how that shaped his thinking
  17. It would do well to get numbers of 200 IMO. Right now if it’s a protest, you’d better back someone like St Andrews near the ground playing at the same time
  18. Yep fair enough not in front of his daughter but I ain’t got much sympathy for him when he literally went down the pub while we were getting relegated last season and has twice threw his toys out of the pram this season. In the process if we talk about livelyhood, his performances leading to some poor sod at the football club to be made redundant.
  19. Plays in a daze which befits the time on the ball he gets at Man City Under 21s
  20. Not a single one though went to pull his shirt or just even jumped on him
  21. At the same time any assistance from the government will be wiped away as the club begins to represent incompetency. He will be in it till the very end. Asian business culture tells us that. But the money is disappearing. if you support their ownership, you support the loss of jobs and the all around negative impact.
  22. His problem is the money is going to run out. Our cash flow is going to be reduced so much. The loans have to be paid to the bank and the parent company. As the Middle East fighting continues, tourism reduces in Thailand. There’s got to be a reason why that Christmas payday got changed. That date allowed two home games to take place, one of which was on Sky. Well that’s a good example of the lack of cash in the company
  23. People trying to claim that we are not the most expensive are using the cheapest ST as a renewal as an example. Our most expensive ST is nearly £900!!
  24. Winks tax strikes again
  25. All you have to do is say that Union FS back this Phoenix club and you’ll soon get the right folk down there
