Good to see the Argies have a good tournament as their signs they were beginning to wane
-
Well he’s not been heard of since the parade.

Cos of North Korea. Asked an ill judge question of Vardy at the parade which ended up a criticism of Rudkin…..

Concerns about the direction of the club
CosbehFox replied to Lambert09's topic in Leicester City Forum
Zero football brain at the top level. I thought we might move on for the pre match montages but we’ve actually gone for a half time one as well now -
Again I can think of examples where clubs are in decent positions but there is evidence that a change is needed with the existing squad. The players don’t look in it and this is where a higher footballing hierarchy really end their dollar by being responsible enough to make this call Bournemouth’s swap for O’Neil to Iraola springs immediately to mind

Alongside the bizarre moment of Reid kicking a ball all to himself during half time and a thunderstorm. Something ain’t right there

Facundo Buonanotte joins on loan - Official

Spaghetti Hoops is going to **** himself over cos he won’t start the one signing who looks PL quality. Probably cos he’s admitted it’s a club signing -
Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!
CosbehFox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Waste of dollar. Another one we’ve signed that some aspects are good but not at the price -
Plenty of examples where managers in worse situations have taken over and taken a job away to see clubs clear of relegation. PL is king in football and managers want their name out there to attract the next job.

I don’t think you can watch that first half and say the players were on board which is damning. Exactly the signs why the hands should be shaked and Cooper should be asking Stoke if they fancy him. We got a foot in the game cos Everton shit the bed. They went twenty yards deeper and exposed their full backs. we carried on insisting on Ayew who played so narrow and like the fat lad down 5 a side who will score a decent goal once in a blue mob but he ****ing 6/10 the rear of the time. Mavididi got that point IMO as much as anything

Harsh reality is that after Ipswich, the fixture list gets very tough until the new Year. Be proactive rather reactive. It never felt the right fit from day 1 and I truly believe he doesn’t believe in these players hence where he’s safety first
-
Exactly. Just utter throw 7 defensive outfield players on the pitch and hope for the best
-
You want to sum Cooper up, his biggest issue is that he thinks what he worked at Forest is the answer here. It’s a different set of players. And it’s tactics what got in 1 win in 13 at end of his time at Forest
-
Yep totally bizarre. My take from the first half was that the players aren’t with him. They woke up second half, because Everton played twenty yards deeper and went too narrow

LCFC Fan Engagement – The latest ‘Your Ninety Minutes’
CosbehFox replied to Foxes_Trust's topic in Leicester City Forum
Preach. Newly appointed fan engagement person not turning up to something they’ve highlighted as a form of fan engagement truly sums them up -
In the European rugby comp in the Swiss format, once it settles down after 2 or 3 matches teams start to prioritise games and you get a load of dead rubbers / reserve teams playing. It’s not particularly clear if like 9th play 24th - ie there’s a preference to finishing as high as possible within your section. Think it will be worse in the other comps where the quality gap is larger too
-
That's pretty much it. He could play step 3 at a push.
-
It's tough - you have to spend a lot of money logistically making that step from LSL to Step 6. Hence players can easily get paid more elsewhere.
-
Funny someone brought up the 3 DMs thing by a Forest fan. I mentioned Ndidi is our new AM and he went he did the same with Danilo at Forest making him the highest midfielder of the three. It is interesting really how he's followed his Forest period as the answer rather than the need to change tack.

Maybe so but simply people don’t take that in; it’s the nature of the world. Particularly when it’s a quick click on Twitter etc. It’s a serious own goal they keep doing - 2nd in a season where somethings been published in their website which alienates and splits fans -

Harborough’s park run is lovely, nice and flat too -
Bit wet in Bologna. So sad that this team is so different from last years.

Development/Youth Squads 2024/2025 Thread - U18/U21
CosbehFox replied to davieG's topic in Leicester City Forum
In cold harshness of it, we think he's a developer of young players. He isn't. He just happened to coach young players for England. Swansea 19-20: His top outfield appearance makers were Grimes, Ayew, Roberts, Bidwell & Fulton. 20-21: Jamal Lowe, Roberts, Grimes, Ayew, Fulton. At time, a lot in the 24-28 bracket. There's examples of those two seasons where he's really patchy in playing young players - someone like Gyokeres didn't fire at all for him. Interestingly examples where young players were recalled on loan. -
