  1. Already on it Global. But it’s been hard to do it from a standing stop, especially when the views on the trust / fan groups are one of great mistrust and almost anger towards them and other factors. Im sure we were at the same FCC together and I’ve been talking to Alli from LCFC in the community ever since then. I’m there next week as we are nearly ready to go on a community project. I’ve wanted to do a Town Hall project with an open forum (but closed debate - cos the way people are with each other at the moment). I’ve wanted to have us in the Fanzone to bring gets discussion going but the club haven’t been as responsive as I’d hoped. So we are onto Plan B with that
  2. Well that’s obvious isn’t it? We’ve agreed four separate loans in this season alone and extended an existing loan twice. Peanuts for outgoing transfers. So the money has to be servicing the day to day running. We’ve pushed money forward, so what pays for next season then ? They aren’t many assets left and the parachute payment money has been milked
  3. I don't think we or the wider LCFC public know how quite bad the lack of cash is. I just looked up the accounts due to the two months late confirmation statement. Traditionally we've always used the Aussie bank loans as a form of cashflow supply to sign players but it's clear it's no longer being used for that. Over last year, we registered five charges. We have agreed loans on Justin, Cannon, McAteer, Hermansen and PL monies received. Now the club clearly felt the need for urgent cash yet our transfer dealings in this period have been near minimal. What happens when there are no transfer deals to do this from? What happens when the cash runs out again?
  4. Might pay for some staff wags or food vouchers though.
  5. Fair play to him - but he struggles badly under pressure. Fine when the pressure is off as the final test was. That performance at the Oval for a bloke who considers him no.3 in the line-up was horrific - played like a tail ender.
  6. They’ll run harder than us first twenty/thirty and we will 2 down. Without ever really testing their frailities
  7. There’s another way of looking at it. That’s highly likely to be one of the few Saturday 3pm kick offs for a decent distance away
  8. winner will play Norwich or West Brom 🤣
  9. Winnable tie. Club needs all of the dollar it can get
  10. Yeah, how the **** we've ended up in similar situations playing Forest & Cov in consecutive seasons.
  11. Finally going The Broadway on Saturday - given I watched City win League Cups in there and England beat Germany 5-1, that's slightly mad.
  12. Oggi on London Road for Italian. Will have to book though
  13. Interesting stories from Strasbourg where their support was split over BlueCO's ownership with the ultras booed on their constant anti-status but the fanbase now united with the Rosensior/O'Neil managerial swap
  14. There's no cash there - like outright cash imo. Delayed an expected pay day - in the time between the expected pay day and 31st, there's two home games. We've been cashing in any transfer we've got with the Aussie bank for funds. We will need to sell to bring anyone in. The part where this club has completely lost itself is that Pearson and Walsh had a clever knack of identifying players with six months to run on their contract. Gaining value in that way. We've not shown that level of innovation for years. Dennis Cirkin has been injured this season but has six months to run and plays left-back. Offer a loan deal or something.
  15. We leak when we want to keep supporters on side. Club is ran like it's still the 2000s.
  16. 8th January 2006. FA Cup Third Round. Spurs at home. Less 20k. Live on the box on a Sunday evening. Kids back at school day after. Pretty sobering that the apathetic nature around the club is similar to that period
  17. Been a few reports that Marrakech organisation is a shocker, more so than the other venues
  18. Stick Cheltenham down as another town with a better pub scene than Leicester
  19. Anywhere capable as having as good a piss up as yesterday
  20. Yep. And without exception I would point out, they did not fit the category that many like to describe as being toxic
  21. Corriedale repeat on too
  22. There was also moments like Mavididi being shouted at for being ‘f***king rubbish’ as he walked into front of the away end
  23. I came to the conclusion yesterday we have an away support what doesn’t like having fun. 2-0 up, winning at a canter and its got people moaning about playing backwards. Enjoy yourself
