At 35, or however old he is, he's much better than what we have. Do you think we could get better in January on loan? Maybe, but I wouldn't be sure who.

If Leicester City didn't exist anymore

I'd probably support Bournemouth as I spend the majority of time there if not in Leicester. -
Seeing as Top and the board want to be back in the premier league, and we should have the players to do it (on paper). Does anyone think if we are mid to low table after christmas he will be sacked?

Need to stop playing these divs

It's to lose. -
Talks about getting more support from refs but goes over with a gust of wind. Embarrassing!

Majority on here didn't think he would be good enough. But was happy with this clown in charge

'I Want People To Be Closer' - Khun Top Speaks
blue army 1988 replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Even if people have wiped the slate clean, since his interview where he took no accountability, "maybe it was my fault!", all that has happened in the last 10 days since, he has come to the ground to throw teddies at the fans. Still no reason for the poorness, no short term or long term plans, no update about PSR or what happened to the stadium expansion either. Nothing! It's hard to wipe the slate clean and believe in change when the same thing is continuing to happen. -

Yet we've still not heard anything at all! -
Ex Players - They used to play for us

I think the sale of Mads was something the board got right, a good price for him. Think people just like to stick the boot in all the time. -

He never actually came out and said he had messed up though. It was all "maybe it was my fault" -
What about the other team?

I just read the bbc article, heard the story when it happened but don't know much more. The article is mostly quotes but a quick skim read seems that it isn't obvious he said anything like that at all. It feels like they only banned him because....... well I'm not too sure tbh.

In some ways you're not wrong. Cooper was a shout as he had done okay at Forest, but unfortunately didn't work out. RVN was a ridiculous appointment. The amount of experience he had should have warned Top off straight away. But I remember on here, alot of fans really wanted him. I got slated after a few posts to say he didn't have enough experience after, "he's been around the international setup and in charge of a club too". Marti too. A lot of people thought he would be brilliant for us and really wanted him. Posts along the lines of, "he'll change the way he plays with us". Marti talks a good game but I feel he's starting to unravel now. He did okay with QPR, but it's telling his predecessor is doing much better.

Protest at the Boro game. Mass walk out?
blue army 1988 replied to Pliskin's topic in Leicester City Forum
That's why a mass work out would work. They already count you as attending even if you don't turn up. -
Protest at the Boro game. Mass walk out?
blue army 1988 replied to Pliskin's topic in Leicester City Forum
A massive walk out would be a good idea. But fans wont do it. Even the hardcover fans on here saying, "something needs to be done", wont do it. I gave up my season ticket at the end of last season. Not a easy choice but I wanted to make my own stand that I was not happy and didn't want to give the club any more of my money. As far as I'm aware other fans did that too. However now, we have a full allocation of season tickets. Meaning after the horror show last season, there are still people buying and wanting to go watch week in week out. Nothing will get done because we don't have the majority fan base for it! -
Of course

How the players set up and play on the pitch is Marti. No one else

I get that Top is a massive problem with the way this club is run.....but, he's not the one choosing the formation, chopping and changing the players every game, telling the players how to play and (worst of all) just chatting absolute rubbish after every game. He needs to go tonight. It's getting worse and worse each week.
-
He came into the club with buzzwords like pressing, attacking and getting the old Leicester way of playing. I've yet to see any of those come true yet
-
This is backed up by him not saying a word about last season or relegation. No statement or contact at all. It's disgusting.

You can't really say that when Edouard wasn't even given a chance.
