The problem I have with Ruud is his tactics. We play the same team, same formation and same everything every week and lose. Why doesn't he mix it up a bit? 5 at the back maybe or two up top? He literally can not do anything worse than we are already are.

The annoying thing about it is the position he plays now in another team.

Dont know if this has been said but anyone noticed what Forest did? A season of getting loads of players in, had points deduction and now look where they are after hardly spending anything this season. I think it was like £8 mill last time I looked.

I don't see any problem with RVN coming out and saying when he signed he was told he would have money, unfortunately that doesn't seem the case and he feels he was lied too. Nothing Top, Rudkin or Whelan can do about that. Yes, it would cause tensions but I'm guessing those tensions are already there in some form.

The thing i don't get is he spoke to Enzo before taking the job. This apparently happened to him too, so why didn't Enzo say anything? And if he did why is RVN shocked that this has happened. There's alot I can't get my head around at this club but there does seem like conflicting statements here and there.

Unfortunately he hasn't got a clue. I understand the stuff off the pitch is not helping at all but he can controll things on the pitch. 1 question I have. Why not go to a back 5? I'd rather grind out a 0-0 each week at the moment than getting hammered 4-0 by people around us in the league. I do have a lot more questions but that would be what I would ask him if I had 1

I get both sides of this. No one really knows what Rudkin does at the club. Does he make the big decisions.....who knows. Does he offer these stupid high wage contracts....who knows. Personaly I think it's not just him but Top and Whelan too. But at the end of the day he is "supposed" to be running the club. And if he goes and we get someone in who has experience in that role then hopefully it will start to trickle down the ranks and things will change.

Yes if we try in this window. But we're not just scouting for this window. I'll give the club a small bit of credit for that.

A good football club should scout all the time. We may be there planning for the summer.

Im not saying it's his fault for the players we have in the squad right now. He can't be judged on who has been recruited at this time.

It is a basic way of thinking, but Enzo did it brilliantly when he came to us from Man City. The problem is no one really knows anything that goes on inside the club, from what I've just said to people having a go at Rudkin (for the record I want Rudkin gone to, before people think I'm supporting him). But to answer your points: A) I don't know for sure he hasn't. But if he has and he can not get anyone to come, that worries me in terms of the club and himself. But there are alot of players out there and there must be a, even small, percentage that he could get to come to our club. Like I said before, Enzo did it brilliantly but I understand they were loans and we can't do that at the moment. B) Of course the player would want to come here. But you can't believe there are not up and coming players who want to use us as a stepping stone at least or even free transfers. C) I understand about certain fees and no one is going to let us have a cheap player just because of Ruud. But he should have some sway to get some free agents to us if nothing else. The whole board should be sacked and we need proper footballing people in, not just jobs for mates. He did say he spoke to Enzo before taking the job, and we all know that Enzo was annoyed he wasn't backed as maybe promised. So he came into this job knowing the situation. I think he was the wrong appointment, but we've got him so there's not much else we can do.
