Some people i do see at the football act like there still teenagers even though there in mid 30s. Just like they don't want to grow up.

Physically I feel my age maybe even a little older 31 now, but in terms mentally and mind I still feel like early 20's. I do have aspergers and some say your mentality can be a few years behind with that condition, like when 15 your mental age is 10 for example. As you can imagine a secondary school was a nightmare for me.

Offer him a deal where its pay as play but if he scores say six goals or more over next four months he can a full contract up to end of next season. Give him summit to personally aim for.
