MON is more of a laid back manager, he apparently likes to reward loyalty to players. I was listening to Petrov's interview who sums Mon up best. Basically he's not a coach, you may not see him on the training ground much. If the team plays well they get days off. He will allow players to live anywhere in the country. He will promise a new contract if you hit certain targets. If you hand a transfer request in, he takes that as insult and you could find yourself in the reserves and having to apologise to get back in the first team. Faults he doesn't like big squads and known to not rotate enough.

When Tottenham named Frank as manager it was surprising considering he's not actually managed in the champions league, you would have thought Spuds would have gone for a candidate who had bit more champions league experience. However I'm not quite sure who Tottenham fans were expecting considering they finished 17th last season. Seems like at Tottenham if your not liked at the start then your not ever going to be given a chance by the supporters. I'm still waiting for Rodgers to show up there, it's his type of job.
