We didn’t have a forum when O’neil was in charge. We barely had the internet. Getting a gauge on fan feeling then was much harder. As for Ranieri….thats a stupid point. We were pretty much all against the Ranieri appointment before a ball was kicked.

So I’d counter that by stating some facts and some opinions…. We've scored in every game thus far. Including 2 at Arsenal today which not many teams will do. We’ve been in every game this season. Thats my opinion. You may disagree. But on 93 minutes today we were taking point at Arsenal which would have been an amazing result. We aren’t the experienced PL side of 4 seasons ago. We’ve just come up and we have to remember that. We don’t have the likes of Barnes, Maddison and Tilemans anymore. We will lose more games this season than we win. That’s very normal for a newly promoted side. My honest opinion is that we will end the season with more points than the other two promoted sides and then we just have to hope that Wolves, Palace and Everton continue to stutter. We were always going to be in a relegation scrap this season. Expecting otherwise is/was naive. If we don’t win either of the next two against teams in and around us my opinion may change but for now I do see enough to have some hope. Some. Not a lot. But some.

Subs don’t necessarily have to be attacking or defensive. He brings on Bilal for Skipp mainly because Skipp was on a booking. Bilal seems an attacking change but it could just have been more to do with his energy. We do lack energy some times. I think this place has mainly turned against Cooper so he’s dammed no matter what he does. Had we parked the bus at 2-2 and still lost in the last minute people would have moaned. I’ve said it since day one, so many fans on here are anti Cooper because he’s ex Forrest. He wasn’t a glamorous option and he isn’t Potter who was the favourite of most of us. He was on to a loss before he even started with at least 70% of this forum.

Bit harsh to judge Eduard already. He’s only played 70 minutes give or take.

I’ve firmly been cooper in and I still am……….but…..waiting until the 88th minute to bring on Fatawu when they’re playing a CM player at RB and a 39 year old at LB was not ok. And to make it even worse, he took Stephy off for Fatawu instead of Ayew. Ayew has been ok to be fair to him but why does cooper love him so much?! Am I missing something?! That wasn’t a point gained. It was 2 dropped.
