  1. Mads - did everything right with his hands but i don’t like him kicking it long. He’s good with his feet. Let him show it. Defensive 4 all stayed together as a unit and defended well. Spurs only had two on target second half….. Moving N’didi in to the 8 changed the game. With a double pivot their midfield had so much time to pick passes. N’didi without having to do much just disrupted them. Abdul grew in to it and up against one of the best in the league. He is a gem. Brighton loanee was class - if I learn his name I’ll fall in love and I don’t want to. So yeah, very good. But whatever. Vardy is just Vardy - although he should have scored 2 but he’s already forgiven. Cooper’s subs seemed at first to be defensive but they actually weren’t. We wrestled back some momentum which we had lost for 10 minutes and then finished the stronger. I was absolutely adamant that we were going down this season. I still am. But maybe not adamant now. Maybe I just think we may…. I’m happy tonight 😂
  2. Glad our best players isn’t even ours 😢
  3. Steve Cooper doesn’t fancy Tom Cannon at all. I feel sorry for him.
  4. Steve Cooper you little tinker
  5. I think Chelsea look ok to be fair…
  6. Can already hear the moaning and groaning when Chelsea pass it backwards. Aww nostalgia 🥰
  7. Chelsea certainly aren’t playing the Enzo way. Thought they looked ok first 10/15 mins but Man City have them pinned now.
  8. I think it’s a good signing generally. I think he’s a solid if not spectacular midfielder who strengthens our options. Cooper may even play him as an 8 which would justify the signing even more. £20m is a fairly large amount but it’s 2024, he’s a PL player and he’s English. £20m is kinda the starting point to be honest. Chelsea paid £10m more than that for KDH and he’s never pulled up trees at PL level.. It fills me with some positivity too. This confirms that the club are still able to spend money and are willing to do deals. Let’s just hope this is the first of a few. Lastly, we need to get rid of Bouba. Anything recouped for him makes this an even more acceptable deal.
  9. That’s proper ****ed my FPL team
  10. It looks like a training top. Lazy effort. Couldn’t even be bothered to iron it for the pics. Clubs rotten.
  11. Would we all prefer the club just say f*** it and spend whatever they like to ensure we stay up this season? Even if that means we definitely breach PSR again and possibly still go down? Or do we just continue on what seems an inevitable path of just limping out of the league without even trying because we can’t spend?
  12. Everyone laughed at me for saying our shit pre season wasn’t coopers fault but here we are nearly a week later and we can’t even sign a third choice striker on loan. I’m not sure anyone would keep us up with this bunch of clowns running the club.
  13. We’re good at this signing players malarkey.
  14. I’ve been pondering over what my answer to this is for a few weeks. I’ve decided. no.
  15. The only one we have fit
  16. Does he realise we all want him to **** off too? Problem is, he’s shit so no one wants him.
  17. If we sign Ayew I may just do what everyone else in London has started to do and start supporting Man City instead 😢
  18. We’ll be all but relegated by HT
  19. Not exactly prolific but at 6ft 2” he gives us a different option.
  20. You’re hard. Hide behind your keyboard 👌🏻
  21. Yes. And it’s been shit. But who do we have to score goals? We’ve got the most defensive looking midfield you could fine. Two wingers who have never played at this level. A striker who has shown he isn’t PL quality. One who is nearly 40 and one who is totally under prepared. We’ve signed multiple unproven midfielders. I’ve not said it’s been good. It hasn’t. We’re going down. I’ve accepted that already. But I’m not blaming Cooper for it.
  22. Can people stop blaming the manager. He’s been in the job a month. He inherited a squad which already lacked creativity and then we sold our most creative player because of the total mismanagement of the club by people at the club long before Cooper arrived. The club have consistently struggled to recruit at the top end of the field and had to rely upon loaning teenagers in from clubs we used to finish comfortably above. Be honest, you only want Cooper out because he’s ex Forest. Get a grip. Forest literally don’t give a shit about us so stop making a thing out of it. Cooper has proven to be a decent manager but he’s working with at least one hand tied behind his back because of Rudkin etc. If you want to vent, vent at the right people.
  23. Get a grip.
  24. I used to work as a Lettings Agent in Croydon and we let a house to some bird he’d knocked up to keep her quiet. He refused to come in to the office so we had to drive to his house to get him to sign the contract. He paid for the entire rent for the year. I think it was around £2k PCM as he didn’t want to be referenced for his salary etc. I don’t recall disliking him as such but he wasn’t friendly that’s for sure. Having said that….If he comes and does well I won’t care. Gerriminnnnn
