Weirdly, Alexa knows my first name and can predict when parcels are due to arrive. It also knows my shopping preferences and my music tastes. Spooky? No Intrusion and spying? Yes

Very middle of the road but, The Best of Van Morrison. Sings to my soul. I told my daughter once that "Brown Eyed Girl" was a song that made me think of her. She memorised the words and I caught her singing to the track several years later and she said "this is your song for me, dad".

I went to the pub in time for a 3:45 kick-off. I'm sure I read somewhere that it was scheduled for that time. Had to go home and wait for 4 hours in limbo before I walk back to the pub.
