So you think Nike have an ulterior motive because they made the cross a bit purple and 3D? Look at Stella McCartneys team GB kits in 2012. Pointless changing of the flag’s colours. I don’t know why they’ve done it, or what they thought it would achieve, but I find it difficult to understand the outrage.
-
It’s different with England though isn’t it. If you changed a tricoloured flag, then it’d just look like another country. Scottish fans will offen change the colour of the saltire to reflect that they support Aberdeen, Hearts or Hibernian. I don’t know why they did it but it’s just a modern design quirk, rather than anything “woke”. It’s the same old suspects trying to whip up a frenzy about nothing.
-
Just another pointless gimmick of modern kits. The GK kit from 2012 had a load of blue crosses on it. I don’t know what people moaning think it represents
-
I refuse to believe people are actually angry about the cross on the back of the England shirt. Another storm in a teacup from the likes of Julia HB. The price is the much bigger issue.

The white shirt would be a belter if it had red names/numbers. We look like USA when it’s navy.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'
RonnieTodger replied to ClaphamFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Honestly it’s embarrassing. As if they’re the brave martyrs for every club outside the top six. Their trolley dash was ****ing mental. Signing so many players that you can’t even register one of your new signings (Lewis O’Brien) is not helping break the mold. -
Their minds of been melted into thinking that free tat helps the atmosphere
-
Fair enough. I was actually trying to be positive in a roundabout way
-
Yeah I found this bit irritating. Guillem said something along the lines of “you expect him to tell his players to forget everything they’ve done this season for this opponent?” Yes, we’re at Chelsea, not Rotherham.

How mad is it, that in spite of all the obscene money football clubs receive from TV companies; they all run on losses. -
His point was that the KP would be as good as Old Trafford in the same circumstances. I don’t think it would be. You only have to see what our ‘Kop’ looks like when we’ve scored late / important goals, to come to the same opinion.
-
Because it was the whole of Old Trafford. Our away end Chelsea looked great, but our home fans barely get out of their seat for a penalty.

The Premier League didn’t make Forest act like lunatics in the transfer market. They don’t make you give average players upwards of £70,000 a week. Brighton and Brentford have managed to comply without getting relegated. -
Just noticed Fulham are using clappers. What company to have.
-
The sentiment behind it is fine, but when you receive 20 of them, it defeats the point completely.

FA Cup: Chelsea (A) 4-2 Post-Match Thread

Can’t fault the effort in the second half, but it papered over a disastrous first half. If Sterling had his head screwed on, it could’ve been 5-0 at the break. -
Strange interpretation of what I said. They’ve won 12 and drawn 1 since the turn of the year. In a similar timeframe, our best run was 11 wins and 1 defeat. They’ve been relentless and it’s no surprise that they caught us up.
-
The run Leeds are on is better than anything we’ve done all season
-
As much as I hate VAR, they got it spot on.
-
I’m not confident but Christ our fans are bottle jobs. Whenever the team’s back is against the wall, we just just sink into our shell. I know it doesn’t necessarily win you points, but compare that to Leeds and Ipswich. We have to go into this last stretch with a positive mindset and stop shitting the bed when things get a bit choppy.
-
Think I’d rather they had a penalty and we kept 11 men
-
I’m going to sound like my dad, but get Albrighton on for him
-
Sterling has been our best defender
-
This could’ve been 5-0. So naive to their counter attacks
