My two pence worth…. if you lived through the MON era and know a bit about him. He was never a tactical genius, but a real man manager. I met Tony Cottee 8 years ago and had a half hour conversation with him about Martin, in his words he said “he’s skill was, he’d make you feel 10ft tall, some days he’d completely blank you, but then when you needed a lift he’d make you feel like the most important person alive” if we are going down the temp route that isn’t going to tactically revolutionize things, but get players up for it again, we could do far worse.

It’s a super bit of kit, but does anyone else find it really uncomfortable to play handheld? The grip is so uncomfortable compared to a switch for example. One other thing that I need to sort is that when playing through windows and the steam app, my controls flick back and forth between controller and m+k, also the track pads are active and it’s so easy for the base of my left thumb to catch the right track pad. Any tips would be greatly appreciated, hopefully there is an easy way to disable the trackpads.

Just finished the campaign on legendary on my Titan. Last boss is a tank. About 1 mission behind on my hunter and not started on my warlock yet. it’s ok, but witch queen was better story telling. You could right the plot of this expansion on a postage stamp.

I play regular. And have done since D1. My hours on the game is obscene…. 3000+ The server queues are always ridiculous for the first day or so, we hope it may have improved but I doubt it. If you are lucky enough to get on, hopefully the glitchy boots aren't occurring. Straight in to the solo campaign away from any match making content is the way to go. this could be the best expansion since Forsaken, in terms of how it will change the game. Some of the quality of life adjustments are long overdue, and Bungie are listening to players that have commented on the seasonal content being too formulaic. Fingers crossed.

I’ve read certain games are not supported like FIFA23 for example, but there are ways to get around it by installing windows on the device. Has anyone any experience of this and is it easy enough to do?

Play them late in the weekend. A lot of people just looking to complete their matches, so you will get a few throw away wins, and a lot of quits if you score first.
