I watched the culmintion of the men's game last night and they must have spent 20 minutes talking to Keaton Jennings while the game was going on. Granted it was a blowout and the Invincibles won by a mile but still. They were just having a casual conversation with him while the game was going on. I'd imagine that new viewers wouldn't know who the **** Keaton Jennings was and would rather have been told about the game.

The captain should be the one that leads by example as opposed to the one that wins the popularity contest. Whoever is the best in training, understands the City, has a positive attitude and isn't afraid to point out shit behaviour. I think club captain has to be Ricardo. I would give the vice captaincy to Ben Nelson.

You'd probably want Archer in there. Surprised to learn of Tongue's stats though. 19 wickets in 3 matches and the lowest strike rate of the series. He and Krishna have that same ability to bowl crap but have a magic delivery up their sleeve.

Maddison was the match winner in the team. Fans look to him as the one to keep us up. I agree that it's unfair but it's just the way it goes. Same thing happens in every sport. You're right and we don't know. But we can probably take a good guess considering he was 1st on the team sheet up until he refused to fall in line with the rest of the squad. But Soumare probably deserves a go at this level too.

It's all on Winks IMO. I've seen enough from the opening few weeks to trust Cifuentes' judgement of a character. If he doesn't think Winks is all in then I don't think he should be playing. What I would say is that it's been clear throughout his time at Leicester that Soumare is a bit of a world beater in training. Maybe Cifuentes just needs a few games to realise that he's bone idle. Can't imagine he'll have too many starts left in him when Barry Bannan sprints past him next week.

It is incredible how some people view the game. There's a bloke near me who thinks the only important thing for a striker is pace. Loves Daka. Thought Musa was treated unfairly. Thinks Ulloa is a carthorse etc etc. Ayew has plenty of genuinely good attributes needed to be a moderately successful striker at this level. But he's slow, doesn't press, lacks a goalscoring instinct and isn't a great dribbler. He'll be absolutely perfect to bring off the bench. Someone that can look after the ball, draw fouls, bring our talented wingers into play etc.

£28m is a mental amount of money to spend for him IMO. Hope we have a sell on clause. Attacking midfielder with 3 goals in over 4.5k minutes in the Prem.
