Did they become top players because they played a poxy kickabout in Hong Kong though? I get that there's benefits to the younger ages of the academy (say U16s or below) because it introduces them to away travel, professionalism and competition but the 18/19/20/21 year olds in the academy should be playing proper 11 a side mens/reserve level football to develop themselves.
