I use LinkedIn, it's good. I don't get many calls off it but I do get a steady stream of calls from being on websites like Reed, Monster and Jobsite. All agencies. I think agencies are the only way to get into anywhere these days.

Yeah. Giving up the full F1 rights helped. Apparantly that allowed a couple of the digital radio stations to remain operational, so huge was the cost saving!

The BBC moving most of their programme making to Salford. Why? Yes - programming has been London-centric for many years. But why then chose a random town in the North to be representative of the nation? It feels like the Beeb has cottoned on several years late to that bumming Manchester phase that the country seemed to go through.
