Not sure that 100% the case we are still joint 2nd highest scorers in the league. Often we are playing teams who have 11 behind the ball, which has made it difficult. I'd also agrue we still don't have the quality we need in attacking positions.
-
I'd imagine we are looking to generate some income form the likes of Souttar and Daka.
-
I did, it is just unrealistic, why would Nacho or Wilf pass up the chance of moving for free in the summer for starters? Rather than a club paying us they get a nice big signing-on bonus and a bigger choice of clubs. If we did manage to sell Nacho, we would need to buy another CF so that money wouldn't be pooled for Wilf's replacement. How many suitors are going to be put off by the fact they are going to have to wait until after AFCON for the services of Daka, Nacho and Wilf, which they will want to see reflected in the fee? We have tried to sell Praet for 2 seasons, we will be lucky to get a loan fee or a nominal fee of a couple of a million. The only chance of a decent fee is Daka in my opinion. I also argue that we already need another 8 on top of Wilf, so we would need to buy 2.

Who is replacing him who cost 5m? We have lost 3 games, 2 when Wilf was missing.
-
Agreed between him and Winks.
-
He's showing why he'll never be a top player, just like he has the majority of his LCFC, when his good his really good, when his bad his really bad. Inconsistency has alway been his issue, he can be a 9 out 10 one week and a 3 out of 10 the next.
-
I think you are in the majority in the fan base to be fair.
-
Refs wonder why they get criticism. Dreadful.....
-
Man City doing the same as us, sitting on a lead and not going for the throat.
-
To be fair to the wide lads the forward haven't help their stats. For example Vardy missing a open goal from Mavididi cross against Watford.
-
Like our Man City's often go back especially Foden and Grealish. Madividi has something we just need a little more from him. I'd also say the same about Fatawu. We need more goals and assists from our wingers.
-
Depends what the manager is asking him to do.
-
The only table that matters.
-
From now until the end of January is going to sort out alot, it's a real grind 10 odd games.
-
Leeds and Ipswich both won by the odd goal, both Middlesbrough and Coventry hit the woodwork. Every team has an element of luck. Luck doesn't bring you 46 points from 19 games
-
All seasons have ebbs and flows. Only 1 team in the last 20 years have match our point total after 19 games, Wolves in 08/09.
-
I think you have to take the rough with the smooth. I reckon he has a better pass completion rate then most championship defenders and a good number of the midfielders.
-
Love the fact he love being here. So refreshing after watching the want away crew from last season.
-
The issue we have is when he goes long it come back at the moment as Vardy and Nacho aren't going to win it and hold it up.
-
They will be in the PO shake down.
-
I agree. Having a forwards like Nacho and a aging Vardy doesn't help.
-
Southampton, Leeds, WBA and Ipswich will take points of each over. Like us they will all have a wobble.
-
10 would be a great return.
-
Next 3 home games are massive, big chance to get 9 more points on the board.
-
But 7 points from 9? Not the end of the world.
