  1. The club needs to take Cooper and Rudkin to court for financial irregularity. There's no other way to explain the club splashing out £25m on a guy that would barely cost £2m if he was already playing in the championship. Which he will be.
  2. I can't help it. At least I feel smug. In all seriousness though I don't understand how he was allowed to stay if his publicly advertised sulking was true. We knew we were in a fight. Even Cooper noticed and brought in Skipp on emergency prices. I'm sure he's a joy in training, but the Premier League is unforgiving. He should have been loaned out again if there was no buyer. It's embarrassing and symptomatic of the serial bad decisions being made somewhere in the setup which just isn't ruthless when it needs to be, and resorts to knee-jerk decision making when it doesn't need to be.
  3. So you're saying... There's hope?
  4. The more he plays the faster his value is falling. It's now all about damage limitation and maximising sales values. Bench the guy for his own good and our balance sheet. Skipp or Winks even Braybrooke cannot be as consistently woeful. The odd decent performance in flashes just isn't good enough for morale. I commented last year he needs to be moved on quickly considering how lazy he plays and the air of entitlement that surrounds him. Still stand by that. He seems to up his game against 'top' teams but even those bumps in effort have deserted him. He's s a morale deflator. He needs benching then shopping out to anyone who wants him, loss or otherwise.
  5. Soumare is killing all our attacking intent. Just kills it dead. Needs to come off for winks.
  6. Is his English any good? It was clear against Brentford there was very little communication between goalkeeper and defenders leading to all kinds of ridiculous errors. He'll need time to acclimatise etc.
  7. Massive difference one he went off. That central midfield role is so crucial. It's the metronome. And this guy was practically horizontal. Instant energy from winks. These are the games you need Hamza level of energy not the flappy armed neck droppers🤦🏾‍♀️
  8. Except when it's 'sung' by a motley cruel of drunk fans at 120MPH it sounds summat like a dog barking at a wet fart then howling at the rain clouds. Utter drivel.
  9. The jersey budd version is perfect. Only until it's introduction has wys been sung with any kind of passion. I've been going for over 25 years in old and new. The stupidly fast version sung by some fans is over in seconds and leaves nobody satisfied.
  10. I haven't got any other tickets except archived ones and the fox member pass. I managed to buy a ticket by assigning the ticket to my wife and using my own phone number/email address! Very odd. Thanks for the tip.
  11. anyone else getting a 'The quantity of tickets owned by XXX exceeds limitations...' error when trying to buy Brentford ticket? I am only buying 1 ticket for myself but keep having this error for days now. Wondering if anyone else got it and if they managed to get rid of it to complete purchase?
  12. He's probably terrified of stepping into Seagrave everyday. Seems to be destroying knees and achilles left right and centre.
  13. This kid is destined for Man City or Liverpool.
  14. YASASssSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS FOOOKin LOVE LEICESTER!!! Never in doubt
  15. i'm about to have a heart attack
  16. We are on the delayed Sunderland trajectory at the moment :-(
  17. I don't think we are that far off a result and with RVN feel slightly more optimistic of pulling something off. Showed against QPR we are head and shoulders above their play even when misfiring. We need the defence to manage 1 clean sheet and that should build enough confidence to start grinding out results. We miss Ndidi so badly. Soumare really isn't the kind of player you need in a relegation scrap. Neither is Skipp for that matter. It's perhaps the single position that could deliver the kind of change in fortune we need. A mopper-upper that helps cover up deficiencies of all around him. 35 year old Kante fits the bill...
  18. It is done.
  19. Thought he was a weak link in defence today. Far too nervous on the ball resulting in mistiming passes, often making life so much harder for Justin. Fans tend to blame Justin but Coady's ball release is quite often the culprit too. Generally was ok covering Vestegaard's pace deficiencies well.
  20. Ward is going to be our most expensive signing ever. £12m up front and then 2 relegations costing what £60m each at least?
  21. Did really well today. Accidental assist and a goal in just 20 minutes. Good day at the office!
  22. I thought he was done at Leicester but wow something in his head has finally unshackled his real self. Superb today
  23. His work-rate made up for his lack of composure and physicality tonight I thought. He was far less attacking than usual but West Ham's very organised press really got to the city back line, especially Justin. Not sure how the situation can be fixed in the short term? He needs far better cover in front of him otherwise we are going to continue leaking goals!
  24. Worked hard but was struggling to form any kind of cohesion with Justin, leaving Justin very exposed to Wan Bissaka's strength and pace. Chuck Kudus into the mix (he was excellent I thought) and the 2 were totally outgunned. Bit worrying. Lad did good all things considered though.
  25. Resurrecting Country Roads again... Almost Heaven, Leicester City Richard’s Downfall, On Soar River Life is old there, older than the trees Younger than the mountains, growing like a breeze Country roads, take me home To the place I belong Leicester City, Fearless Foxes Take me home, country roads
