Yeah, I actually quite enjoyed the Cardiff commentary too. They were talking up Cardiff (which they obviously have to do!), but were really complimentary of us. Not sure who the co-commentator was, but his analysis of our tactics was pretty good, better than you get from Tags anyway.

Managed the game brilliantly tonight. No point going all out to score 4 or 5 when the games are coming so thick and fast. Superb from the manager and players. Every single player was excellent tonight but the midfield and wingers were different gravy.

I'm exactly the same! I could have written this. That's how I see myself too. I've been going regularly for about 5 years and sometimes I think it's made no difference for the effort I've put in, but in reality I've toned up an awful lot. I still can't build muscles in my arms though

Totally agree. He's had his injuries, granted. But he's been mostly anonymous when he has played.
