I'm still a bit unsure on Okoli, however I would say he's not one of the high earning / low output players I was hoping we could get rid of. If AC Milan really are in for him, I'd imagine he'd walk there if he had to. Great move for him.

That was more than 4 years ago, February 2021, hardly short term. I like JJ, he seems like a top pro, but objectively, he's been pretty poor since returning from that injury. Sadly, I don't think he's capable enough at the highest level anymore. He's okay at this level, but has struggled at the top level since that horrible injury.

I think BEK will go and I don't think anyone is coming in. We're not even really linked with anyone which suggests there's no real focus on who is coming in, it's all about trying to claw back losses on departures and hope Marti can produce a minor miracle. If anyone does come in, I think it'll be a last minute panic loan like Edouard last season to give the ostriches the illusion they've done at least something to strengthen the squad. The farce continues.
