Oh, I don't disagree with you. I just have an irrational dislike of Everton. -

Yep. Don't do it, Kiernan. You're better than this! -
Regarding Luke Thomas - he looked very solid at the start of his career. Rodgers playing him as a left wing back absolutely destroyed his confidence imho. He played a couple of games in a more advanced position and looked hopelessly uncomfortable. Brendan being the genius that Brendan is, persisted with it. The home game v Arsenal in which he got absolutely humiliated by Nicolas Pepe springs to mind. I actually felt sorry for him that day. I honestly think that killed LT's confidence for a good 18-24 months. I've always thought he looks decent in flat back 4. However, he's not great in any variation of that position. * I should add, the loan to Sheffield United was a disaster for everyone involved. That won't have helped. A player shorn of confidence playing in one of the worst PL teams ever

Conor Coady sold to Wrexham - official

Do Wrexham play 3 at the back? Genuine question. I ask because I remember clearly @The Bear telling us before he signed here that he was okay in a 3, but useless as a CB in a back 4. Pretty mad that this was such a clear red flag and yet we signed him, despite the fact we literally never play a back 3, and *shock horror* he's never looked comfortable in the middle of a back 4. -

You know in FM when another club does you a favour and signs your crap players? It's finally happened in real life. Cheers, Wrexham -
Too small. Not strong enough for the Championship.

Isn't it more likely the case that West Ham are using these other links (Suzuki, Vitor) in a ploy to low-ball us for Mads?

James Justin (signed for Leeds, official. 10m.)
Tielemans63 replied to SouthStandUpperTier's topic in Transfer Talk
Sell him - 100%. Time to put sentiment to one side and cash-in. I'd be amazed if Leeds really do want him. Can only assume any scouting of JJ was done before last season! -
I hope your source is right, mate. However, Leicester City and 'done quite quickly' are two concepts that don't usually go together.

Bilal El Khannouss (Stuttgart loan, official)

Selling for no profit would be peak-Rudders. -
Get rid
-
My thoughts entirely. My preference would be to offer him a 2 year deal, but that's not going to happen is it?!
-
Unpopular opinion after the Ricardo incident, however Tyler Morton is available for around Β£8m. Would be a very good addition at this level.

Absolutely heartbreaking what has happened to Sheffield Wednesday. Proper football club. Hopefully someone can come and rescue them ASAP. -

IF the (likely bullshit) rumour is true regarding interest from West Ham and Newcastle, he'd be far better off ignoring the bright lights of London and heading up to Newcastle. Better club, better manager, better fans....West Ham are such a nothing club in my opinion.

I would love it if Marti were to get Jannick and Coady in tomorrow and just said "I've seen you play, you're not for me, you won't be playing while I'm here."....and just basically froze them out. Sick of seeing them amble half-heartedly through games. Would love it if Marti said enough is enough and shoved them in the reserves. I'll be really disappointed if either of these useless ****ers start over Ben Nelson when the season starts
-
Quite a smart bloke isn't he? Would be good if he was coming in to do a bit of coaching too
-
The homegrown lads giving us some hope. The older guys just hoovering up their massive wages can **** off. Can't wait to see the back of them.
-
What a ****ing mad decision to give Jannick a new contract. He's so shit it hurts my eyes

Other than the fact this article is from 9th August last year and doesn't actually mention us, there's lots to get excited about
-
As for Skipp, I've never seen anything from him to suggest he's suddenly going to become a decent player for us. He's been a woeful signing. Couldn't even tell you what it is he's supposed to be good at.
