Is there any point whatsoever in this 'relationship' anymore?

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

Don't threaten me with a good time -
KP love an out of work manager (what's not to like, eh?), so I can't see them going for a good manager who will make a difference like Rohl (Sheff Wed) or Rosenior (Strasbourg). They'll take a cheap punt on Dyche or more likely Brussell. I think it'll be Brussell because he shares their core ethos of ensuring his teams pass the ball round aimlessly until someone ****s up and we concede. He's undoubtedly got a very strong record in this regard and feels like a KP kind of guy.

I'd take the team that went down to League One over this lot. That team wasn't good enough, the current 'team' don't even try and that is unforgivable. What we've seen these last few weeks has been disgusting. They're a ****ing disgrace
-
They've torn the heart and soul out of the club, and this is what we're left with. A husk of what we were. Full of players who can't even be arsed to run a bit for their £50k a week. Managed by a meme of a manager. Please just **** off, now.

Worst 'manager' in Premier League history, bar none. -
Sorry to bump my own thread, but surely....surely now he's toast.

Couldn't care less if 'we can't afford to sack him' - it's far, far more dangerous to keep him and make the statement that the 'standards' he has set are somehow acceptable. His disastrous tenure will have massive implications for the future, the longer he's allowed to keep on destroying the team and the club. -

He's considerably worse than Cooper. I'd take Cooper over RvN everytime. SC was poor, but still miles better than Ruud. At least Cooper made an attempt to manage -

Grade A trolling from RVN

Probably makes me a poor fan, but I don't think I'll even bother to watch it on TV. I'm 43, supporter City my whole life, and I never thought I'd ever get to the point where I'm this disinterested. Very difficult to get be enthusiastic when you despise the players and the manager.

It's a bloody mess here, but somehow less of a mess than it is at Wednesday
-
Let's be honest, this wouldn't be an issue if he were playing well. Feels like tactical scapegoating to me
-
Maybe it's because I've absolutely got it in for Ruud, but I think he needs to be careful here. Maybe he's rightly laid down the law here, but if he's decided to go all big bollocks now, sidelining a player who has just had a kid, that could make things even more toxic behind the scenes. Might be a bit late in the day to start asserting your authority now.

Totally agree

Since February 1st: Played 7 Won 0 Drawn 0 Lost 7 Goals for: 0 Goals against: 17 (and counting) We've set the record for consecutive home losses without scoring We've beaten Ipswich's record (from 1994) for conceding the first goal more times than anyone else Our XG is less than 0.83 since December Our XGA is 2.34 since January Since Ruud was appointed, we're 20th in the league for XG, XGA, goals scored, shots faced, and chances created. We're also 19th for possession. How the **** is this guy holding on to his job? He is so clearly absolutely miles out of his depth. I genuinely believe he could be the worst Premier League manager in history. This is a new low, even for Top and Teflon John. Sorry for another new thread. I just ****ing hate all 3 of them for this absolute farce.

Nothing on his somewhat limited CV suggested he was a good choice for the situation we found ourselves in.
