They should show him some sympathy. Poor fella only earns £130,000 a week. He's got to think outside of the box to make ends meet. It still surprises me how greedy and frankly stupid so many top flight footballers are. IF what you're saying is true, I hope he does get banned for life.

Here's a thought: if he sees out his latest contract, he'll have 'earned' circa £18m+ from the club. Add in his transfer fee, and this absolute disaster of a signing will have cost us easily £35m inc. signing on fees......for one okay season in the Championship. For me, this has to make him, pound for pound, one of our worst ever signings. Easily.

Maybe someone to do a Puel - come in, get rid of the aging dickheads, ready for the manager after him to try and build something. His football may have been pretty grim, but I respect Puel for the clear out job he did. Whatever happens, the next manager needs to be a hard nut. I get the feeling RvN is soft as shite. Obviously this won't happen, but there should be an acceptance that the next manager has a proper rebuild job on his hands.

Seems like a mad thing to say about one of the best managers there has ever been, but he looks like he's starting to lose the dressing room to me. Those Man City players are no longer listening. Their body language in his interactions with them looks very indifferent to me. Quite a few of the players just aren't running hard for him anymore. Maybe they can't?
