We needed to trim the squad, which done. We needed to significantly reduce our wage bill, tick. We needed to raise funds so we can start a reset for PSR, we seem to have done that. Improve the squad, without spending a fortune, like we have before, yep. We all wanted our average age dropped, that has happened. Yes, the quality has dropped, but we have done things sensibly. This was a good time to reset, and it's happening. Not perfect, but it's what needed to happen. I think the incomings are good, just not sure about the striker. But he definitely offers something different up top. The good thing about the championship is you can get away with a few loan players from the prem to improve your squad on the cheap. 8/10
