Leicester 1 - 1 Wrexham POST MATCH
fox_favourite replied to SecretPro's topic in Leicester City Forum
I was going to say, it's not just an us problem. I don't get that excited watching many other teams, football is boring, ran by paperwork and financial decisions rather than actual games. It's dull and we are part of that. -
The years of poor decisions in transfers, managers and financial decisions have finally caught up with us. We're now stuck with overpaid for players who just aren't good enough, a squad over paid so they lack motivation, a board that is inept for years. This is the year that all comes to together to get that you see tonight - the perfect storm. Well, the shit storm more like. That was awful and frustrating, but I'm not calling for his head. Some of it is on the players and the board for years of poop.

Shambles of a performance. Going forward it's too predictable and when we did quick passing, we got a goal. Dakas first touch was atrocious the first half. We are our worst nightmare, that goal should never have happened, but that is poor decision making and brain farts! We need a left back...good night -

Me too. But it was a great move for him to go to Everton and leave the chaos of Chelsea -

Mads dropped, but it might be the right decision. Get him out the firing line -

Coventry are doing well, as much as it pains me to say it. Also nice to see Brum put back in their place.

To me, this game proves we're a championship side now. We say have poor this league is, but we have struggled. West Brom are a good side in this league, but not the best and we looked like equals. -

To sum that up... Frustrating to the highest level. We just can't create chances. Poop going forward, we need more creativity -

I want that ref sacked! #refout -
Very frustrating half. Brillo pad with awful defending. But some good passing play, but its in front of goal we look poopy. I want to see Caranza for more than 10 minutes, see if he can stretch their defence a bit more.

We're not angry, we're very, very disappointed in your decision making. Your choices gave been noted.

We've got Rudkin, that enough of a valid excuse, surely?

It means you have a really excited car....

Utterly disgraceful. No wonder we didn't win #Martiout

I had forgotten Mendy played for Watford. I actually like the guy. Shame he wasn't used as much with us. No ill feelings towards him @Super_horns - what are you making of him?

EFL suck at writing and implementing rules. Honestly, for a governing body of a sport watched by millions they are incompetent

Oh, Mav. Do you need a hug? You look depressed

From the mess and the attitude last season to this, I would say Marti is doing good. It's not perfect, but it's getting better. Like others have said, we look better defensively, and today especially, the patterns of play are starting to appear more regularly. Today was poor finishing. We could and probably should have won that game, but a draw not the end of the world. Just in the atmosphere in the stadium, Marti has done a good job. He's got everyone together, and from what we had last season, it a big improvement He's steady the ship, and quicker than I thought. He has changed the team into one that is showing determination and playing together. Anyone questioning him is an idiot. There I said it.
