  1. Just lazy journalism? We were linked to him in January and they want him out their club = rumour. Not buying it, we don't even know who the blinking manager is yet! But if true, this would be an indicator that Ruud is likely to stay.
  2. I always thought that relationship would implode at some point. They are like 2 primary kids, entertaining but worrying that actual adults voted for those two brats. The world has turned into such an odd place
  3. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cd62pp49l1po That's Chelsea out the running then?
  4. That's how bad it is, we've turned ourselves into a pantomime
  5. 'super computer ' is such old terminology I actually hate it.
  6. Just leave you brillo pad brain fart doofuss
  7. Can you take your dirty "Enzo, I miss you" mug with you. It's starting to get mouldy
  8. Just shows how broken football is. They don't want a competitive league and just want the bigger clubs to benefit. This carries on, the promoted clubs don't stand a chance...ever. Corrupt, the lot of them
  9. I love your optimism, and this could possibly be true, but I just think it's a case of neglect as they are on holiday mode.
  10. And here in lies the issue. No communication and no one really knows. I thought it was Friday, but don't trust me...
  11. aaaannnnnddddddd close thread
  12. Yeah to the company queen blackout ran by Topless
  13. I doubt he'll join Watford or us though. He thinks he's bigger than that
  14. Fed up of ex players getting gigs because they were top players. Gerrard, Lampard, Carrick, RvN, Granny lover etc...how many have been a success at where they've been? Grinds me gears
  15. Carrick is a no no. He got sacked by Middlesbrough for a reason. We are better than that.
  16. I'm not sure this is what we're waiting on as I'm not convinced we're that switched on to know or wait till his compo reduces. I just think that top and Rudders are enjoying themselves and not worrying about it. It's an after the holiday problem. I think we'll be in the bargain bin, freebie. Maybe now Carrick will be an option. Not that he's the answer Rohl does fit the profile of what we need, I think and plays the correct football that we need. Hes proven he can work under pressure conditions and motivated players.
  17. And it must show what a terrible job the footballing side of our club is being ran and what having a DoF brings to the table. Yes, he's having to wait for Top, but he's got his ducks in a line already, he's just awaiting the boss' signature. Us...not a clue
  18. Plymouth, Bristol city and Wrexham to an extent communicate to their fans this and there is more of an understanding of why things are done I'm not expecting every ins and out of every meeting, but an acknowledgement of relegation, where we are financially and what our potential future planning will be. Any communication would be better than the current silence.
  19. Where are these articles? What sources are quoting it? Is it just another Russell Martin situation that an agent is pushing his name in the media for jobs to kinda advertise his client/push a club to make a decision. We seem to used that way a lot.
  20. The lack of communication is deafening. It shows complete lack of leadership. There should have been acknowledgement of relegation by now, a clear path to correct it, and a proactive plan to correct it which should have started. The search for a manager should have started in the background months ago with a shortlist and enquiries, a plan with which players needs to be moved on and looking at cheaper replacements, a plan to reduce the wage bill again and what is needed going forward. The biggest thing would be to communicate this to the fans. Even a snippet would be enough. Top is showing complete ineptitude in his role as a club owner. He should be getting his house in order to sort this out, yet it feels like he's sitting on his hands. The longe this goes on, the deeper the damage will be. I fear he's lost interest and doesn't know what to do, and that is worrying
  21. Dyche linked just sums us up. No forward thinking, no long term plan and a lack of football knowledge and fresh thinking. They are being reactionary AGAIN and it's really annoying me. We need to invest in a younger squad, but he'll do what cooper did and buy aging 'experienced' players. Top has created this mess with his lack of leadership and the lack of communication is absolutely frustrating. Talk to us. Tell us something that indicates you have a plan. Silence is deafening and it's causing unnecessary friction from the fans towards the club. Dyche is a lazy appointment if true
  22. This would be a poor outcome. The bad feeling from last season will carry over. Let alone the fact we were so poor under him. He has shown absolutely nothing in terms of man management that shows he can turn us around. A fresh face, fresh ideas is the way to go now. Get everyone back on side and have a plan. Keeping Ruud will show lack of ambition, money and passion from the board to be successful. I'm in the Rohl camp All that said, I can definitely see this happening. We are rock bottom if so
  23. Ah a defender who'll become a pro wrestler. Was will be proud
  24. Woeful management/running of a business. Such a cowardly way to do things
  25. I would say I did see the best match he played. It was Wolves away on a cup. I can't remember how long ago it was, but we took it to penalties and he did pull off some good saves. He then saved 3 penalties from Wolves in the shootout. That's it. I may have remembered that incorrectly, but he didn't look too bad in that one. The rest of his appearances were just poo
