Danny Rohl would be a preferred appointment from me. But he'll need to bring in a new coaching staff and a good setup. But a new DoF is a must as well. Hopefully, we know more soon. But I'm guessing not good news

There are a few options for DoF replacement out there at the moment, yet we stick with 2 relegated Rudkin. Doofuss!

Thanks @Colinjb for the input, it's made me very depressed and even more sure that this is a ridiculously short sighted appointment. We're going to be so boring next season if he comes in. At least in some games we broke free and attacked well under Enzo. The one that sticks out is mavs against your lot (sorry) I'm intrigued how Will Still will go with you. At least you've got for a fresh approach, where we have no idea and look at what's around us.

With the continued silence, the PSR mess, the shambles of a season, the exposure (no surprises) of how dodgy the sponsor is, no recognition of relegation, no communication - yet board members are all still at the club. I mean, what is going on? We're a mess that has exploded after years of mis management. The bubble has burst, there shouldn't be any hiding from this, yet they do. Disgraceful

Now that is good management by him. He has looked after the younger youngsters well, I hope he's kept on in that bridging capacity. Maybe a bit of Pearson has rubbed off on him as I thought he protected the players very well. That's how we managed the great escape season.

This is another bit of proof there isn't anyone with a footballing background in the board room. This is a lazy appointment without thought or full research. All they did was ask Hey Siri, who is close to Enzo as a style of football? It's just so shortsighted. Look beyond that and get someone who understands football in the board room, and recognises that Martin isn't the one to take this club forward.

Just the level of detachment we have for the club as a whole from the fan base. The board really needs to be freshened up.
