Strangely 4 points away from home in a week has actually confirmed that he is not good enough. The first half at Derby and some of the play in the first half at Bristol has actually proved that this team can play much better football. The two second halves have proved that he is tactically inept. And what on earth does he say at half time? I can barely remember us starting a second half well.

Agree about Thomas, Skipp, Nelson and James but thought Stolarczyk made a lot of errors. -
No, but you’ve always got to assume the worst when assessing where you are.
-
A 12 point deduction is possible particularly as we don’t seem to have cooperated with the investigation from what I have read. Even a lesser deduction could put us in relegation trouble.
-
Spot on. We are 8 points from relegation with a possible 12 point deduction to come.

I was a fan of Big Fun in the 80’s.

He did do a good job in keeping them up from a difficult situation when he arrived but after that there was very little progress. Surely we should have at least been looking for somebody with a decent record at the top end of the Championship.
-
Yes the problems run deeper than the manager but there must be managers out there who would do a better job with these players.
-
I would be interested to know what part of his record gave you high expectations.
-
Leicester and Southampton in exciting battle as to who can appoint the longest series of crap managers.
-
Yes he must go now and we need a different style of manager. We don’t have the best players in the league this time so we need a more aggressive style. If we actually started to attack from the start it may also get the crowd back on side.
-
I have a bit of sympathy with him here because it is obvious that the tactics in the first half are just to play a very slow possession- based style not a high energy style.

Why only start showing urgency when you’re 2-0 down? Why not put one of the poorest defences in the league under pressure from the start? I bet we’ll be back to snail’s pace in the first half at Millwall. -
Marti Cifuentes appointed new manager

I’m not sure what people were expecting from him. He kept QPR up but was pretty dreadful after that. -
Leicester 1 - 1 Wrexham POST MATCH

In the first half Daka had a similar ball coming across him to the one that they scored from and he couldn’t get it anywhere near the goal. I just can’t see him scoring goals. Ayew is not a striker and the signs do not look good for the new striker. Just can’t see where the goals will come from particularly with the slow build up letting teams get into position. -
Leicester 1 - 1 Wrexham POST MATCH

No Skipp and Soumare in the first half and at least we looked a cohesive side, admittedly not making many chances. They are both nothing players and as soon as one of them was involved again we were clueless. -

I’m sure our squad has been put together at a much higher cost so can see why they would be happy with a draw. -
‘bring in players’ then
-
They said we would only buy players who were better than what we had - yet we buy a new striker and he can’t get in.
-
He’s just not very good. It’s quite annoying when he has a slightly better 20 minutes and people compliment him for it!

Talking of goalkeepers, I read that Russell Hoult is receiving treatment for cancer. Not sure if it has been mentioned here. Remembered for being called up whilst eating a hotdog. Had a great season for WBA when promoted to the Premier League. -
Who was our worst manager and why?

Taylor didn’t take on a ‘great’ team, they were a very good mid table Premier League side. -
Who was our worst manager and why?
fox in the sox replied to ramboacdc's topic in Leicester City Forum
They were not here long enough because they were so poor so that can’t be used in their defence. Longer stays for Rodgers and Taylor shows that they did at least start well. -

Yes but Taylor had a far superior record to RVN. -
