Should be ok at this level but he's been awful this year (not alone in that). He'll charge around like a madman a couple of times a game and then spends the rest of it strolling around. Another one who lacks the basic professionalism/work ethic.
-
Based on what exactly? He's down everything that would suggest his heart is not in the right place and it's all about his ego clashing with his complete naivety.
-
But 3 subsequent manager's haven't been able to? No matter how crap they were, the basic thing is that you at least commit to your ridiculously paid job. Winks couldn't even be arsed to do that. He doesn't want to be here so he is absolutely not the answer to our problems (which is a shame since he's much better than this level)
-
That may be the case but 3 manager's have gone off and he's been called out for his unprofessionalism by 2 of them. That's on top of very public displays of contempt for the fans. Clean slate and all that but he clearly doesn't want to be here so would be sickening to see him come back into the squad

Marti's gone, what happens to January recruitment?

Nothing changes because nothing was going to happen anyway. -
Yet another manager who had loads of leeway and mitigations but absolutely p*ssed them away. Only himself to blame ultimately

13th I think (somehow!). But we are still slightly ahead of it, and could easily drop 3 places after after the next match. Big gap to the playoff teams when you consider that the xP table will always be much tighter than the actual table. Hull's is the most mental I've ever seen. Somehow 27 points ahead on this one https://footystats.org/england/championship/xpts EDIT: I've now seen others like Opta that actually has us 2nd bottom which feels more accurate. Then another with us 6th bottom. Not sure why the stats vary so wildy
-
Of course we do but we'll never get that. That would be an admission of failure from KP on all counts.

. Well the way you articulated made it look like you are describing him as a yes man, who is somehow more responsible for the position we're in. To quote: 'Potentially the only thing worse than Marti is Andy yes sir 3 bags full sir I have zero experience and am really nice King.' So surely if you're just saying that he's too inexperienced, wouldn't you have just said that (in the way I did)? Rather than putting all that other bollocks in there that makes it sound like you hate him? So we might have meant the same thing, but we certainly didn't say it in the same way. Surely you can take a step back and see how that could be construed and even if you think I'm 'thick' for interpreting it that way, you can also see why I would have done so?
-
How an earth is he worse than Marti? He's not Marti's man so he's very much on the fringes. The only bit of slight positivity this season came when he took charge pre season and it was clear the young players would be pushed to the front. Absolutely do not think he is ready for this job and personally feel he is too nice to be a great manager, but lobbing him in with this regime is just bizarre. Really don't get why people have this weird hatred for him.

Just tuned in and already send Mavididi give it away 3 times. Really earned his place recently (watch him score now)
-
Any game time at any FL level will be amazing for him. Unlike Alves/Braybrooke where they should be tested at a higher level because of their age, Evans just needs to get used to the physicality of men's football. Doesn't matter if he plays amazingly well or is rubbish, it's just about him adapting to professional football. He's absolutely stormed U21 football so not really doing anything for his development playing lots of football at that level so any loan is great.
-
James clearly told him and the physio's he was ok to continue. At fault for plenty but don't think this one is on Marti
-
Hamza's positioning has been shocking.
-
What even is that. Aside from the obvious, Page not getting a look in despite very impressive cameos and Mavididi's shocking performances still enough to make him virtually undroppable
-
Him and Monga need to be given 5 games at least and not dropped whatever. He's got so much class
-
Makes sense. I was talking about his first half performance so makes absolutely no sense to being something that hasn't happened at that point, into it. Almost as pathetic as Thomas for that goal, is your decision to quote me back an hour later
-
Hahahaha Thomas. Reckon a 6 year old would have been stronger
-
But Mavididi has been absolutely cack yet one good game (when Monga should have been starting for his development) and he's straight back in. Awful man management
-
Awful
-
5 subs and manager's are more conservative than ever
-
Wand of a right foot
-
Yes it was poor but it came from Okoli's mistake. Your hatred of him is just weird
-
Both been fine. Ayew's actually allowing the space for others to run in behind as intended
-
Maybe not all-round as we have given up a couple of big moments but going forward/general intensity, it's not even close.
