If anyone can direct the flow of water my way, that would be appreciated

Yippee, will spend all night trying to find a river for this shite

Must be. Unless he's not training well
-
It won't be. You'll only find that kind of stuff deep on the dark web

And the rest

Do you actually think that? If I was a Lincoln fan I'd like to believe the same but he can come here and earn immeasurably more money, and join a club that has won the majority honours in English football in recent years. Best (or among the best) training facilities in the world, great academy pipeline, big stadium etc to work with. Plus he will believe he can be the man to turn things around and get a load of fake promises (or maybe the penny has dropped and they are genuine) from the board. He takes Lincoln up and back down, he's not getting this opportunity again anytime soon.

Recent poor results as though he's had 5 games and we didn't have 10 men for the majority of both games . As you say, don't think he wanted it anyway
-
I'm assuming you mean, there isn't a game where we've been the better side for 90 mins? Because there's been plenty we've won that we deserved. Take Derby for example, where we battered them and then soaked up the pressure in the second half partly because we were in such a dominant position. Absolutely deserved to win that game, it just wasn't 90 mins of being the better team
-
Not somebody I hate at all and understand the system makes it difficult for him but his performances have been embarrassing this year (actually thought he was ok yesterday). He gets 10 times the space that Fatawu gets yet does nothing with it. And he's seemingly undroppable when you've got Monga (who hasn't torn it up either but at least has shown more in much less game time) rotting away. Understand we can't just have a team of kids so I know there is some logic but he shouldn't be so bulletproof. He's also the sulkiest player I've ever seen; puts Zaha to shame. But I will definitely defend him from the accusations of being lazy. Unfortunately, it's just that he doesn't work very smartly so chases around at the wrong time and his decision making has been awful (look at that chance yesterday when he had 3/4 chances to shoot before eventually hitting his own player).

And let's be honest, unless it was the middle east, nobody was paying him anything like what we did anyway.

Made something to fit my narrative? What I'm saying is that Winks does not want to be here and is 100% off at the end of the season. He's fallen out with multiple managers and been dug out for unprofessional behaviour by them. You think he's going to perform in those circumstances? The point of man-management is motivating others to get the best out of them but you cannot make somebody do what they do not want to do. Nobody is going to be able to light a fire in Winks when they have neither the carrot nor the stick to use. The only person who can control his attitude at this point is Harry Winks. Winks based on his ability should be amazing in this league. Winks based on how he is currently, is absolutely shite. If you don't see that, it's on you and ironically, you're trying to force a narrative, not me.

Please keep going, I could do with the entertainment

Man management isn't the ability to make somebody care when they have no interest, it's about unlocking something inside of that person to push them on. Winks does not want to be here and no amount of man management will change that; can't make something it isn't. And therefore it makes the whole idea of what a committed Harry Winks can do, utterly irrelevant. He isn't the player he could be for us so basically every other option in there is better. To your original comment, slightly ironic that the 2 times we broke the lines through the middle of the pitch came from Aribo and Skipp.
-
2 strikers up top who can't score. That'll show them.
-
He's an utter disgrace and that shows in his performance. We're already going to have to play with guys who's commitment is questionable so we absolutely cannot allow even more players who cannot be bothered at all to feature. Aribo wasn't great but he was miles better than Winks. Page is much better option too
-
Winks? After yet again disrespecting the fans (and letting his man go for the goal). Tell me that's a joke?
-
Manning or Alves? You don't fight you way back from the injury Alves had if you've got a bad attitude
-
Yet more crap management by the club. Should have been terminated and back involved here or at least sent somewhere else he'd play.
-
Hope King picks up on that. Will be straight out of the squad
-
4 mins? So didn't add on the time we wasted
-
Summed up by the fact that Skipp who has run his socks into the ground, is the one pressing in their half
-
Lack of effort from Richards and Mukasa is a slight worry (hopefully just the situation today)
-
Oh ha. Thought it was some weird defence of him
-
How the f was that not a booking. Called is early but this ref hasn't a clue
-
Page instead of Ayew would have made that a good set
