The answer to this particular riddle, if there is one, lies in the fact that there are no green shoots of hope. Nobody is coming out of today with any credit and none of the tactics look to be 'landing'. By any measure that was piss poor and I don't see a way forward.

This isn't satire or ridicule. This actually happened. -

I have very little insight but I will say this - The person who ran on to the pitch was, moments earlier, trying to persuade me to drink a beer that was sat on the floor outside. He finished it off himself telling me how it was 'actually okay'. His friends directed him to a load more pints sat on the side. I was not surprised to see him on the pitch. -
What does this mean

It takes years to get to 49k. A year per jump on the main scale then two years per jump on Upper Pay Scale. Probably ten years work to get there.
-
I mean... We have for 147 games. Perhaps this is the snooker they felt enhanced the maximum break value?

Cooper is managing us like we're Cheltenham Town and every game is the fifth round of the cup. Hoping to scrape a draw or not a beating. Needs to go.
-
As bad as any performance under Rodgers. Anyone defending this is doing so to appear clever.
-
No there was. Draw or loss. That was the plan.
-
Can't wait for him to blame VAR or similar. Proper turd in the punch bowl.

Not good enough again. Horrendous football, predictable team selections, no tactical thought behind substitutions. I've never felt this strongly about a manager at this early a point but he's relegating us and it's dreadful to watch the team under his leadership. Embarrassing.

A place I worked in uses fingerprint scanner for entry. Wonder if the club is beginning to consider this - certainly fits their agenda.

Oh but he was. There were huge chunks of match going fans backing him to the point of violence in the stands. Probably a large crossover of whom applauded all the players on the day they were relegated.
-
In this case, though, he was tested because they didn't look like they were they young. To and they were found not to be that young. Occham's Razor - why reach for a race related grandstand when the answer is in plain sight. This isn't mass recital prejudice - there are much more clear and obvious social examples of that - this is because African record keeping isn't we reliable as ours and there have been historic issues in players playing in the wrong age.
-
The way he quiet quit during ity relegation season was so very disappointing though.
-
Sitting on slender leads for thirty minutes plus simply did not work under Rodgers who had much better players to work with. At this level you cannot bet against the opposition not scoring when you give them free reign to attack for a full half. The players are just too good to think that will work.
-
Funnily enough Rodgers pissed points up the wall doing the exact same thing and trying to sit on leads for half hour plus.
-
Very much inviting this with our subs. Attacking substitutions can absolutely be defensive in that they take pressure off of the defense.

Okoli having a good game.
-
That was a very good chance.

OMG the pain in Ayew's eyes.
-
Gosh he was irritating. I like to think I'm fairly open to new media but that guy was just a tool. Totally tone deaf to the fans around him. Self indulgent.

Stuck Bowie - Starman on. Oh, how much I miss the halcyon days of Youri. As a 35 year old I was skipping to Filbo again to watch my idol. I LOVED watching him play the game. We were so spoilt

Talk Sport doing a section on why we should have a game abroad each season and, surprise surprise, it's an American telling us how we need to do it. But Americanisation of the sport isn't happening. His reasoning was golden - NFL teams tolerate it because it means they get more money and that way the smaller clubs (and he mentioned us as one of them) have a chance of winning the league. That's why the Premier League should do it. The whole league need to **** off American owners post haste. The ONLY benefit of this would be owners and the big six. Talk Sport ought to feel embarrassed for allowing these folks a platform.
