Feyenoord fans on twitter don’t rate him at all, not ideal.
-
just get him him in ffs Literally be the difference between us going up or not, £80 mill we get for promotion isn't it? **** this club man
-
Interest only so not putting money into the house
-
I actually think Rylan summed it up really well, of all people i didn't expect him to articulate the situation so well
-
we make about £90 a month after mortgage (interest only), landlord insurance, paying the estate agent to oversee the property, then tax. We have had the house left in a horrific state that took us about a weeks worth of labour that we won't be paid for, their deposit only just about covered the cost. There isn't any money to be made apart from the property going up in value over time. Maybe the landlords who have 3/4/5 properties+ can really cream it
-
you do realise most landlords own one house , not the image of multi-milllionares, we own another property due to circumstance. We will sell next year most likely because it isn't worth it anymore. You do realise the more people who sell their properties will increase the price of renting a property? But there are loads of houses up for sale (especially 2 bed properties)? Do you disagree with the point I made about RR introducing NI tax on landlords?
-
Yep. So we put up rents again, which part of “cut spending to match income” is Reeves struggling to understand ? With 20+ applicants for every rental vacancy, she simply taxes renters, making it ever harder for them to save and buy a property.
-
RR looking to tax landlords NI to help fill the black hole, is she that thick that she doesn't realise that cost is going to get passed down to the renters? The whole revenue being taxed and the renters rights bill means there are less houses in the market driving up prices for renters as well Absolute stupidity

about to say this, surely it makes sense for them to be in the running now with Palace, Levy is the sort of guy to get his chopper out in these situations and just get one over palace bidding war incoming -

I genuinely don't see us spending the money, we haven't spent any of the Mads, Ndidi, Coady, Ward money yet? we also don't have strong links to anyone. Club is in such a mess, incredibly worrying times. I think the next two weeks will show where we are going to be for the next 2-3 years -
Wonder if we really are in the sh*tter in a few weeks even people with ST will just stop going. Perhaps a few

This isn't a conversation about people being better fans than others, the conversation is around change and what choices people have to try and instigate change i think you are getting lost. What Jayfox is saying is that until there is noticeable change in the stands, people buying merch, etc. things probably won't change. Blink and the next thing you know we are in league one with players on 50 grand a week and in a PSR headlock We all love the club, some just want us ran like a proper club again and stepping away from attending is their belief of doing their bit. If you are happy with the way the way the club is being ran and still attend that is absolutely fine also. But wanting change whilst still lacing the club/ownership with money isn't going to help bring about said change.

Please go back and read his original post, if you can''t understand what he is trying to say then i can't help you either P.s. I also don't go to games anymore, I had a season ticket last season and gave it up mainly because of the reasons he has already outlined
-
It happens quite a lot people accidentally buying Oliver Skipp for 20 million quid
-
One thing i have seen in this thread, is that is has really rattled a lot of people. Unfortunately, some don't have the brain capacity to understand the angle he is coming from, some don't want to understand it. from outside looking in, the optics don't look good when we are getting pretty much full stadiums for a while now and no protest action. It looks like business as usual
-
It's a cop out for people who are going to the games and buying match tickets
-
thought that was Daka sponsoring them at first glance
-
I get that, when we have Monga at 16 doing the things he is doing in the first team he seems a different beast (albeit different position) maybe Braybrooke is not all that, time will tell.
-
If Braybrooke is as good as what people on here have hyped him to be, why isn't he starting? He is 21! we aren't talking about a 16/17yr oid, Rooney had completed a third of his career by 21
-
shock no update on this, we aren't buying another player in this window
-
Ampadu really has it in for KDH from the season we went up and they bottled it horrible player
