I thought Marti’s tactics include pressing high and the winning the ball back.. no?
-
This is a horrible game to watch, they look a lot more likely to score than us
-

what is your flat out 5k time out of interest? be surprised if it isn't sub 20 -
would love an X, is it the one with the batman doors? I am tempted with the model y - BUT i hate the turning circle on tesla's and the fact everything is on the screen i find it really distracting and no heads up display.

Having been a passenger in a polestar I am leaning towards one. The MG IM (IM is the Chinese superior brand of the group) with how good the BYD is doing over here i am intrigued. it is packed full of tech so will see if the tech is user friendly and not laggy.

Looking at test driving a few EV's, lease on company car coming to and end (Tesla M3) so far going to test drive the Audi A6 etron, MG IM6, Tesla Model Y performance, would test drive a polestar 4 but nearest is Solihull so CBA. May test drive the mercedes CLA electric for the ridiculous range on offer. Anybody own a larger EV than a model 3 that they absolutely love and would recommend?

Yea so don't get caught up in the crowd at the start i guess.. i had three toilet stops when i did a 16km run at the weekend, albeit smashed a coffee and a glass of water with electrolytes before I set off. I am assuming as it is well organised there will be portaloo's along the course? -

Royal parks half marathon London in a few weeks. Never ran half marathon before only 10km races a couple of times. Any tips? As it is my first will go for negative splits first half see how I’m feeling then push on second half if feeling good. Not going for a time as first one but aiming for under 2 hours would be delighted with 1:50 training with Sis beta gels going to take one every half an hour -
Our dog had IBD so has to we have to cook sweet potato, rice and pork loin every day as well we have to give him Nordic naturals oil and some powder which has about 30 vitamins in it that we have to get shipped from America, shipping alone for that costs £60 every 3 months! anyway, my point is natural food has helped massively and very rarely has a flare up, only ever so often if we turn our back and eats something off the floor. We had to get the plan from the nutritionist at willows in Solihull

depends what your goal is and how new you are, if you are looking at getting into more shape and strength you really can’t go wrong with compound exercises. I do legs quite a bit to help with running

Ahh yes reminds me of when i said people could save a bit more money by not going on an abroad holiday or having a car on finance, but got twisted into "you could save a house deposit by stopping coffee and Netflix subcriptions". Peak foxestalk

at what age can we get him to sign a professional contract where we can demand what we want for him?

no growth in July then

I think there are about 5 London football matches on the same day as well to add to it all. Madness

From knowledge, what he will get paid if he wins the race will be similar amount to winning 12 championship medals (I assume including yearly swim comps/olympic wins) there is not a lot of money in swimming. 800k will set him and his family up for life - do you blame him? arguably it is a much more level playing field than the clean olympics, look at the Russian drug scandal that was state funded, Chinese swimming team being done for doping and that’s just two off the top of my head. people will also see it as more entertaining as it is the unknown. A bit like Jake Paul facing Gervonta Davis will pull in millions of viewers, Las Vegas lights etc. has a similar feeling to when Liv golf started up. Yes, of course there is the health aspect to be considered, I imagine they will have a very good doctor on hand to assess bloods etc. we aren’t looking at a bodybuilder sticking needles into themselves down the local gym they know the risks. They know their gold medal won’t stack up against a clean athlete, I also don’t get the moral argument due to the amount of doping that takes place in the clean Olympics, and other sports for that matter.

@Master Fox are you ok in the head?
