Perfect timing for O’Neill to get sacked and have there manager bounce whilst we play hamza and Skipp and lose 2-1
-
Yep of course Ipswich have scored, they are actually playing better than us and can’t see them going down
-
27 attempts against us 🥹

you’re not getting my point.. most of the singing section don’t sing and it’s not talked about enough on here when people moan about atmosphere. 400/500 have physically relocated into that section and not singing when that is the purpose of it. Only a 30/40 lads near the bottom most of the time

Anyone interested in a non-annoying running podcast who actually have some great tips - it’s called that’s runnable -
last season we would a few games by two goals + at home and our support was sh*te
-
Yep annoying. About as annoying as when people sit in the right hand lane going 68mph

nahh most Tesla drivers are sensible In All fairness if you have driven one they have a turning circle of a titanic, the steering wheel only goes round 360 where most cars go round 540 that’s why a 3 point turn ends up being a 5-6 point turn

Derbys singing section makes ours look absolutely w*nk. About 1000 of them all singing. we have about 40 singing then about 300 with their arms folded 🤣

100%, i have spoken to quite a few ITK's about running, people hit barriers often when they run, and run only. Things that will improve your time would be HIIT, training legs (weight training), functional fitness, circuit training etc. Probably also tidying up your diet, drinking habbits etc. Dont know anyone that is aware but David Lloyd do a class called "Blaze" anyone who has done one of these classes realises how high intensity it is, coupled with trying to get your heart rate into the 90% zone for as long as possible - a lot of emphasis on sprint intervals, inclines etc. -
It bothers me more that grown adults can’t sit for 90 minutes of football and constantly in and out their seat getting pies/beers, coming back to seats late, arriving 2 mins after kick off. I constantly have to get up and down between 38-45 mins then again up to 5 mins after kick off. Some of you miss about 10 minutes of the game ****ing about in the concourse so I am not having it. So hypercritical it’s unbelievable. Glass houses

I am sorry but we must be watching a different player, genuinely think he is in top 3 worst centre backs in the league
-
the only blessing is there defensive record this season is about as bad as ours, could be a 3-2 either way. Definitely think there will be goals.

that's humbling -
I remember probably only three years ago you could get a good 3-course Sunday menu for around £25pp. Heard bull is OK now, last time i went was a bit young age group drinking place. May be worth giving it another go

article from runners world: But that study yielded encouraging news for runners outside of the lead pack. For the nonelites tracked, the decline was a little lower-and began later. "For these runners, significant age–related losses in endurance performance did not occur before the age of 50. Mean marathon and half–marathon times were nearly identical for the age groups from 20 to 49 years." The bottom line: Keep up your training, and there's no reason you can't continue to put in solid performances well into middle–age. certainly interesting -
haven't found anywhere yet that does better Indian food than the broadway in Leicester (personal taste) their chilli paneer is out of this world

Blacksmiths arms in barrow and hunting lodge are both around £32 i think for 3 courses. Both regarded as "good" - prefer hunting lodge though, ate Blacksmiths arms for Sunday roast last weekend and it was really disappointing.

amazing seeing the incredible times for people who aren't spring chickens in here, i'm 32 and great to see you can still peak even in your 40's and older. Do you think running is one of those "sports" that you can get really good at and doesn't matter what age you are, i wonder if a fit 22 year old would have an advantage over the fitness levels of someone who is 42 year old? maybe less injuries? It's not like football is it where you hit 28-30 then slowly decline. -
Would actually start Hamza, don’t even care if he makes mistakes at this point. I just want to see a player that actually cares

Seen enough from today to say we are lacking so much quality to stay in this league. This is on Rudkin/owners for sleeping all of summer and spending 20miion+ on a DM who looks just as ordinary/bad as the rest of them. an astute board/scouting system would get two good players where we actually needed strengthening. signing Eduard on loan last day of the season was the start of this soon to be relegation tbh fans deserve so much better and this is going to be a horrible slog bar a miracle for the rest of the season. I don’t even see any light for next season either the club is in a really bad place. Brentford / Brighton / B’mouth playing unbelievable football and are all in really good places, we were them and more a few years ago. What the **** has happened -

Talk sport drive - Leicester fans wanted Cooper out because he managed forest. Such lazy analysis. I bit and rang up and they called me back but didn't manage to get on
