Mostly rightly so, we do not have the funds or the players to make his system even close to effective. Not to mention the fact he'd have to be several screws lose to take this job. Ridiculous suggestion all around really. But then I imagine it was posted to get the reaction it has as opposed to a serious suggestion.

Talk is continuing. Please be patient, as it has already been handily pointed out this fixture is some way away yet there is no need to start making major announcements a month out and let it fizzle out by the time of the game. Also....remember the people behind this have families to look after, jobs to hold down, etc, they aren't at it 9-5. And this was scoping, for general interest as well as specifically Norwich interest, hence why the third option was added. Top is also good at one thing and that is mitigating things like this, when the chips are down he finds a way to take the pressure off himself and regain faith with his supporters/people on the fence and also get them talking about something else, sacking Marti and coming out and doing that interview has earned him some favour in some quarters and has threads like this get diluted by people wanting to discuss the sacking/new managers/the interview etc, so it's important we time our own actions for maximum effect. As was done with the WBA game. I am not guaranteeing anything about Norwich but obviously something will have to happen in the not so distant future, but I'd strap yourself in for some bad times as I envisage the process of getting Top out of the club will take a long time and things will not get any better until months after he has relinquished control and the results of any rebuild start to take effect. Assuming he sells it to someone suitable which is another issue but hopefully the new look Trust can be somewhat involved in that process to Safeguard it. Obviously every positive vote we get helps so keep em coming.

Home and Away Support/Atmosphere
Manwell Pablo replied to FoxesTalker's topic in Leicester City Forum
Past the players or the management, people need to get this ingrained into there heads. -
2-0 loss to Charlton at home is about as bad as it gets in terms of one off results I am afraid The performance was an improvement and the sending off was a massive problem I do admit, but then I say again, Charlton, at home, not exactly the most testing fixture on the fixtures list is it, and we have nothing to show for it. Birmingham away Southampton at home and Boro and Stoke away coming up with a potential points being taken off in the mean time...this is all a potential disaster in the making I am afraid.

I'll say it again. Refusing to take action against this ownership because "Kingy and the lads need our support" is ignoring the root cause of all this mess which will only get worse no matter how much cheering and singing you do, this is why people saying things like that are not helping, this is why action against the board is needed, and soon, because Top will take some shifting out of this club I can guarantee you that. It is going to take someone with far more experience than King to get anything out of this lot for a sustainable period of time, a manager our ownership can neither afford nor have the nuance to identify even if they could.

I'm going to say you're an exception to the digital age rule then
-
I was about to say it was interesting you didn't see anything, it had national press coverage. Knowing you I get the impression you probably use Facebook more than anything else although it was covered on there by a few groups, and I personally do have a group in mind for that who get good coverage yes, leave X to the other members.

Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha Interview
Manwell Pablo replied to davieG's topic in Leicester City Forum
You read humor well don't you. -
You're point has been duly taken on board. As proven here though, not everyone understands these things need to be prepped and timed if they are going to work properly and you get the question why aren't we doing this in 4 days time. Although I should state I do however fully endorse anyone wanting to make a fuss on Saturday, or anyone not going, please do crack on.

When that Yes number looks more favorable.
-
This isn't really about that it's about organising doing something and gaging some numbers on here as an early step before some tweets start to go out. 1) There are plenty of topics on that subject should you wish to discuss it. 2) The wording is specifically would you protest, some might have a desire for things to change at the club, but be unwilling to physically protest, for numerous reasons.
-
No as it's got a Poll, obviously it's 2026. @Mark Any help would be good mate.
-
I agree, it's being worked on.
-
I would say "jumping the gun" more than "beating us to the punch" as Southampton clearly is not suitable midweek, but he has been spoken to this afternoon, so yes there has been communication, he's not difficult to communicate with at all, and we are working out logistics of putting this together with him and others, so yes, you did need to read it. This topic is purely numbers scoping of people on here as it's a good firm base of people who want change, we get a couple of hundred on here, we have publicity, we use publicity to build further numbers, and therefore make a success out of it, therefore get the message we all want to put across but across as efficiently as possible.. Two things that really don't help when numbers are trying to be ascertained in the early stages. People confusing things by questioning the authenticity of this when it's already been clearly outlined, people questioning the date.
-
No, it makes your point completely redundant though as everything you are suggesting was clearly laid out in the OP as already happening. Which (excuse my cynicism) suggests to me you either not read it properly or your tone has not quite come across as you intended.
-
There's no intention to "Protest" in the ground during the game. Players wont even see it. As for negativity during the game I'd imagine that'll be dictated, as it always normally is, by their performance. Which to be honest has deserved negativity.
-
No problem.
-
You can get behind the manager and still protest against the board.... The two aren't mutually exclusive.
-
Yes we need a long time to gain media traction, preparation, etc, I was half tempted not to give a date as I knew we'd get this reaction from some. Realistically it's this, rush a half arsed job on the Charlton game which wont work, a Tuesday night game when people are going to struggle to get there early or an FA cup game that I imagine a lot of people will swerve anyway. Ideally it would be a little sooner but this is the best option we have. EDIT: In fact we got drawn at St Marys didn't we so can't do that anyway.
-
Ok, crack on with that let me know how it works out.
-
Do I really need to explain to you why making sure something is done properly instead of doing it quickly is far more effective?
-
Speaking to the Project Reset guy, social media posts will be going out in due course.
-
This is the people who did the WBA Boycott, people need to read the post.
-
Yes, why do you think this is a month away
