  1. I mean you’d have to be pretty stupid to try and blame that, when were we first charged in 2024 or something 😂. Possibly longer, the case was certainly not wrapped up in 3 weeks 😂
  2. There is absolutely zero chance an independent commission gets hold of that case before the season concludes so that’s not going to save us.
  3. it’s honestly not, for me to criticise them id have to see something they could actually do differently with the amount of hostility they have received is ridiculous. And yeah, disappointingly, hard to argue with you on your second point.
  4. Union fs have been remarkably reserved. And I think that’s probably my biggest criticism of our so called loyal fans. Union FS are a organised decent bunch of lads who just want the best for the club and want to generate an atmosphere. They haven’t really been behind any anti king power movements. Did they support them? Yes they did, are they are clever enough to see it’s the right thing to do, yes. Did they organise any of it? No, neither of them. Some of the action taken against them in person and online this season has been nothing short of vile and I can’t blame them for wanting to take a back seat, in a situation where they shouldn’t feel the need to take a back seat. It’s situation they should feel empowered in by our supporter base to take action and help do what’s right for the football club. instead you have pricks smashing their drums and pouring abuse at them on twitter.
  5. I was there the day we lighted the trophy and no, don’t seem him wanting to enjoy something he’s put a lot of time and effort into as red flag. You’re going to have to refresh my memory as I don’t remember anything note worthy that followed us up to the prem. It’s getting worrying you’re hung up on parading a trophy around as red flag, I’m addressing your points, and I’ll say for a fifth and final time, he bought the stadium, he cleared existing debts as a far countering green flag. Which no one dispute their other bluster has addressed directly, it’s not a minor detail, it’s big steps for the football club. Football clubs end up where they are predominantly because of the men running them. We have evidence of this. its 100% lucky an absolute perfect storm of events. We don’t with the PL with Pearson in charge for a start off because the pressure would have got to him. Raneri was the perfect man manager to implement the footballing tactics Pearson put in place, Pearson who was sacked because He son filmed a Thai prostitute giving his mate a rim job. You then have your big six clubs completely fluffing their lines. Not a single one finished on 75 points, the absolute benchmark for winning the league. That’s never happened, ever in PL history apart from that season. We might have been 5000/1 but if you got yourself down the bookies and bet on Arsenal, Spurs, Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, and Chelsea all registering less than 72 points you’d have probably got better odds. That’s never going to happen again. So it’s a completely moot point saying Vichai was “lucky” everyone was lucky, he did his job, as did the management, and the players, and we won the league, by being the best team over 38 games, and I do believe men should be judged by their achievements and their results. If I interview someone for a job I don’t want to know about their experience anywhere near as much as I want to know what they’ve achieved. This would not even be a conversation if king power no longer owned the club and it was some other administration making such a hash of this club. We’d all be looking up at the statue wishing for the good old days when King Power were in charge. I will say again, it’s re writing history, and it’s not correct.
  6. You’re trying to argue with me about a point I’m not trying to make here John. I know as well as you do he was extremely lucky we won the league. But Everyone involved was extremely lucky, you can laud the Scouts, Pearson, Ranieri, King Power etc etc. The one thing most Leicester fans don’t like to admit was five serious forces in English football had a complete season off, that’s why our closest challenger was Spurs until they capitulated. it’s a madness critism tbh, it’s looking at man who did a lot of things right and the club achieved a lot under his stewardship but then going back and thinking, well it wasn’t all down to him and his sons a dickhead so fck him. Odd odd thinking.
  7. We are talking purely football there, not business. He’s a business man. I acknowledge some of the points, but I have raised the point of buying the stadium back and clearing debts three times now. That’s an actual foundation. You say it’s built on sand I don’t see that, I see someone who made a lot of solid business decisions even if they didn’t have football knowledge to always get that right without a bit of luck. if we’ve learnt one thing from top’s reign it’s that shit runs down hill, you don’t make sensible business decisions than you may as well not bother worrying about the football.
  8. People have very short and I feel biased memories when it comes to Vichai. And they tend to fixate on the fact that his ownership had very little to do with the PL win, which in fairness it didn’t. But at the same time forgetting what he did do was take a stagnant club with no money to the PL in the first place, and that was a lot to do with the ownership. You can’t win the PL if you ain’t in it. He also cleared debts, bought the stadium back, put money into charities in the city, and treated us superbly as a fan base. You would not have a single Leicester fan say a bad word about him before that helicopter crash. What people are doing here is trying to re write history because they are rightly pissed off at his creatin of a son. And that’s not right.
  9. There are no ethical billionaires, wow, 😂 ok Josepeh Stalin. i mean I could get lengthy but there’s not a lot of need. I put it to you that we wouldn’t even own the ground where that statue is if it wasn’t for him so what goes there and what doesn’t is far more down to him than a widely outspoken and renound keyboard warrior like you Kitch. 😂
  10. The statues fine, it’s near where the man died at the end of the day. People do need to disassociate Vichai with Top. Completely different human beings.
  11. It just makes me laugh. Even ignoring the very valid point about money. in 1991 nobody was sat at filbert street thinking “this is normal, this is where the club fits naturally into the football league system” 😂 they were mostly absolutely livid with the the teams performance. 2008, we’d been dire for seasons, were run for a lot of that time leading up to it by an administration that wanted to get out of the club because they wanted better for it, they’d literally just taken over to keep it afloat, and we were pretty unfortunate to go down tbh. This bunch of international highly players don’t need to get the 53 points it would have taken to keep us up, it’s a good job as they ain’t getting close to it. I would rather watch Stephen Hughes, Patrick Kinsorbo, Mark De Vries, Danny Tiatto and Elvis Hammond any day of the week than this lot. In fact I’ll double down, I’d rather watch Alan Sheehan than this lot. At least his inability to defend in the 2nd tier level was made up for by a wand of a left foot. Anyone who says “we’ve seen worse” has no business following professional football. It’s like my writing a review on a west end production of Phantom of the opera. Not a scooby doo.
  12. I don’t believe anyone else has left, There hasn’t been a lot of activity recently but I think that’s probably for the best. With the change of manager and few more positive displays and results and with a month left of the season it is probably just best to support the team and try and maintain our championship status for the next three/four weeks. I know I’ve spoken out about having that attitude but, now, I think we’ve made about as good as point we can this season and protesting against a clubs board is a war not a battle, it can take months/years and nothing they do now is going to help the situation we are in the short term, and if we go down we are in all sorts of bother.
  13. I know mate. it’s just frustrating, I know people are trying it just feels like things could be done better. We are fighting a organised business (well a business at least) Ultimately we all want the same thing and the major problems are coming from outside.
  14. I’ve left and that’s no disrespect to the lads in it. In fact I’d say they try harder than anyone else. And the backing we’ve had from the general supporter base has been really encouraging. it’s time for the foxes trust, our various pod casters, to an extent union fs but I feel sorry for them as they get the brunt of so much abuse and get little backing from people who should be supporting them when some of fans incorrectly blame them for anti king power movements. Ultimately I think one thing we’ve achieved as a group is setting a blue print for what people who carry a bit more political clout than us could achieve if they put their mind to it. I have been a massive critic of the foxes trust on here for the best part of 20 years but I do think there has some been some really very positive movements in the last six months. They just need to go a step further and be calling for change in the summer,. On a personal level I’ve decided there is only so much I can do living so far outside the county. non the less very happy what we achieved whilst I was in the group and hopefully they keep trying.
  15. Bored of listening to this tbh. It’ll never happen. You get one person talking about flying planes over, another talking on their podcasts, another wanting to throw tennis balls. one day, quite possibly when we go bust, union fs, the foxes trust, those big strong Leicester lads who like to run their mouth but actually do **** all will be looking back on this and think why didn’t we join up and take action? Because that’s all it would have taken.
  16. I’ve timed the knockdown on all six occasions as well on average I get 9.8 seconds.
  17. mate I have watched that fight about six times it takes serious mental gymnastics to even give wilder the draw never mind the win, I serious struggle to give him more than four rounds. he definitely didn’t win six which even with the two knock downs is what we would have needed.
  18. it can’t be finalised, there is no way any agreement can be set in stone while he’s still a Rennes player and any agreement made in theory would have to change if we are relegated. He might be stupid enough to stay here if we stay up but he’s not signing in league one.
  19. I'm not even sure we'd shell out the coin to sign him as I'm not sure we have it but that withstanding. He'll be running a mile, I wont blame him and any Leicester fan that does is a deluded fool. Far better than this shambles he has a career to think of, he's been nothing but professional during his time here and I wish him all the best.
  20. To who, and more importantly even if you can answer that, how quickly. Do you have any idea who hard it is to sell a 100 million pound purpose built football training ground that is one of the best in the country, not exactly in a prime location to attract a lot of tourism, in a County that has one professional football team.
  21. To be fair Worcester I would have taken 0-0 all day long as it would mean we would have finally kept a clean sheet and that's something that can be built on. It is no wonder the team is struggling when we have to score at least two goals every game to stand any chance of taking three points.
  22. Who do or don't beat in our next game really isn't a concern at the moment, the focus needs to remain on getting the ownership out. If Top making Rudkin CEO isn't the final straw in some peoples books I'm starting to wonder what will.
