Do agree, I try to take this into account in all my interactions. That said this specific situation could end that for everyone if we don't have a club so it is important to try and get people to see that. I aint going to have a go at you because I like you. Just a few points, Top had a footballing position at the club that oversaw a lot of the Sven era including Mills and the various other over spending and Vichai "repositioned" (read sacked) him, that's the pattern I see here. But that is honestly like you've not seen what's been going on here for years and expecting a collection of people who have only driven this club downwards and expecting them to make any kind of progress. In terms of best case scenario's it's life in the Championship without any ambition, best case. It's a viewpoint like that makes me want us to go down if that what it takes to actually evidence the levels of miss management at this club.

Why are you doing this to yourself? The permanent position needed to be filled weeks before we got one in in the summer, Was it like Mid July about 3 weeks before we started the season and Ruud had been gone since May? That is the levels of urgency we are dealing with here.

I think people who believe a manager (any manager) is going "make us great again" or "turn it around" are going to be very disappointed, personally, who actually gets appointed is borderline insignificant to me.

Ok lets, I'll start with 85% managers fault 15% players fault and in about 4 posts time, when that's something more realistic, and after we've both wasted our time we'll decide I'm right and we might be somewhere near the truth. ffs.

Oh there's a decent proportion of blame going his way, I mean even by your simple logic he is partly responsible for just deciding which 11 players were on the pitch at any point during that game and which ones capitulated. But there's loads of things he did wrong beyond that, the ethos was to defend the lead without attempting to at least give them something to think about at the other end, you can kill of large portions of any game by doing that and trying to hit areas with a pacy outlet and keep the ball in the corner, his changes were all reactionary to the ball hitting the back of our net and not considered, 2 and 3 minutes after in both cases, this isn't even non league level of panicking it's Sunday league management, and we did not make a single change in injury time which which is normally a great way to knock enough minutes off, interrupt a bit of momentum and to get out with a point and had he done that we may well have done that..... Don't get me wrong the players should have worked with all of this and got something out of the game and some of the goals are hilariously bad in terms of individual errors but you cannot absolve him of any blame

But like I say you're still classifying failure as not meeting a points per game achieved in qualifying for Europe during the best season they've had in decades, and points gained in the Championship which is a completely incomparable matrix.

Well for one we weren't talking about Everton were we, you were saying he hasn't improved anything at Forest which is complete nonsense never mind wrong. I also don't know how you've calculated that but Nuno qualified for Europe and Cooper had them in the Championship so if that's taken into account, not exactly surprising. The fact they are 17th and looking back at West Ham (a situation they've funnily engineered themselves by giving them access to Nuno) with the squad they have is exactly why he's been sacked but then I think the club themselves need to get a bit real and look at what they've done themselves to disrupt the playing staff at that club and just be happy they got someone there who managed to dig them out of the bottom three in the first place.
