I'd go that. Would say Macclesfield but no chance of a ticket and don't particularly want to see us try and play on that plastic pitch, not going to end well.
-
It's got past the point of being a sh1t footballer with Wout, I just don't like the C**t
-
I'm not sure we have lied to be fair, not by much at least, don't we have a basline of about 23-24k ST holders? West Brom looked like they bought a lot, and bang @Bert and pals freeloading the drink and food of course. It's a standard practice to count tickets sold instead of tickets used. It makes them look stupid trying to seriously suggest they were 27k there regardless anyway

Not going to sack him after a win are they, and with this administration definitely out the question, they are praying it works out because they don't want to be reaching into their pockets for the compo and giving a replacement a signing on fee as we've got no money.
-
Oh, you've said Mason, I've read it as Marti I think the thing with Mason is people lose patience when it's nine on the spin performances stop to matter if they never yield results.
-
I mean it sort of tells you everything when that's a stat and we play 4-3-3 which is a notoriously high movement formation for your midfield wingers full backs and lone striker We are surviving on the fact we have technically gifted players....and that will not be the case forever.
-
You mean result? The performance was piss poor after the goal, rode the storm Jakob actually did his job and WBA allowed two of our main threats to do what they do in stoppage time. For 70 odd mins it was torrid.
-
The levels of intelligence on Facebook make this place look like Harvard. I have actually seen people think people are staying away as a protest against Marti educate yourself before you open your mouth ffs. I think we will win tonight as WBA are a state, and I cannot wait for the "C WE DON'T NEED THE TOXIC FANS WE WON CUZ THAY WERENT THERE, NEVA COME BACK UNION FS" posts.

Weird shit going on with the ticket systems at the moment (another thing not working as it should).... They sent me a reminder I was going to Sheffield United at home the night before Sheffield United away. Seems they are that desperate for revenue they are trying to get bums on seats at the King Power even if the games in Sheffield.

You are being a snow flake Paul. Which as a snow flake you are probably going to be insulted by being called one but never mind. Happy Clapper is hardly an insult is it. But anyway I will try and explain why you getting insulted is stupid even if it was an offensive term. 1) The term Happy Clapper isn't a blanket description for everyone attending the game, anyone using it in such way is using it incorrectly, you can obviously take your lad to a game and during a boycott and no one is going to think any less of you on either side, in fact I think there's another bloke in here who has said he is going because of Son and we have all said totally agree with you going, it's time you can't get back, the happiness of a child is far more important than this and they shouldn't be dragged into this mess anyway. 2) It is in general terms aimed at extremely aggressive individuals who try and undermine fan unrest, try to act holier than thou and point out the club has been in a lower league position than this and we are acting spoilt, should be getting behind the lads regardless, are only x amount of points off the play offs, how dare we take action against King Power after all they've done for us, go and support Coventry you glory fans, you don't know what it was like in League one blah blah blah blah blah zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz without addressing any of the real issues like the clubs finances wage bill squad, collective administrative **** ups, FFP, and inability to appoint the right staff in the right places especially that of first team head coach/manager. They also have a tendency to throw punches and put their foot through drums, these people are clearly not at a point of being reasoned with yet, so what we call them is irrelevant, I personally have a few words stronger than Happy clapper I think they should be grateful they have such a PC label. You clearly don't fall into this category, therefore you are not a "happy clapper", so calm down. You are definitely still a snow flake though.
-
You're aware most of the animosity coming from those looking to make a change is provoked from those wishing to back King Power who are far more condescending insulting and in some cases evidentially physically violent.
-
You seem to be very much up for helping the players. The club has their back don't worry, they are being payed twice their worth to sit in the middle of the Championship table and that's all they care about. Their sound, couldn't care less what's going on in the stands at the King Power.
-
Someone who is happy and claps a lot?
-
....We haven't even lost that many games by the odd goal recently, basically just Watford, so don't know what you are on about. I say that discounting the Sheffield United game though as that was dead and buried by half time, was one of the worst 45 minutes I can remember us playing this season (and that is saying something) and was rightly lambasted as a dreadful performance.
-
Yes but they need to be free of King Power logo's
-
Yes this is true, Leicester City Football club are not obliged to answer FOI's but the Council as public body certainly are. (ah just read they don't have it, in which case yes they'd refuse it )
-
I'm really shocked you still find them not doing something vaguely intelligent a real shock to be honest.
-
You'll get it. From one source another, and yes he spoke very well and covered most of the major frustrations which is some feat in itself as there are so many to get through. Monday is just the start really, Hopefully Sky pick up on it. Everyone can help, spread the word by mouth, challenged any posts you see on socials with facts and not conjecture, raise concerns about the amount of money that has been wasted, and what the current upstairs setup are going to do once their loan taken out against our parachute payments has gone, how they are going to replace the players out of contract, how they are going to find players with no money when they couldn't when they could spend 15-20 million pounds on players, some of whom are evidentially, are not even mid table Championship standard. And how they seem to be completely incapable of appointing a half competent manager. This needs to be kept going win lose or draw until positive change is made by that via the means of a sell up or an internal restructure, which would need to include a capable managing director/director of football and some assurances on how our finances are going to FFP compliant and capable of long term stability at Leicester City football club, without the need to borrow, sell our best players nor sell our best youth team products the minute they are of any notable value. Resistance will wain as time goes on, some people can't see things for what they are until it's right in front of their face. Just do everything you can to make them see it as early as possible because the sooner a change is made the easier the damage will be to undo.
-
Wont happen. Marti can go for all I care but they will probably appoint someone equally as bad if not worse. Ownership is dreadful and needs changing simple as that. This clubs going nowhere until it does.

The “I came through the Leicester City academy” XI
Manwell Pablo replied to Sly's topic in Leicester City Forum
Banks was a product of Chesterfields academy. (EDIT I see this has already been covered) -
This season is not salvageable, plenty of teams have yes, not ones that are inconsistent concede too many poor goals and totally lack of persistent goal threat. For every successful signing we make there are normally 3 terrible ones so the odds of someone half decent coming in in January who can actually improve our fortunes is minimal.

Stewards not receiving usual food vouchers
Manwell Pablo replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I'm not convinced but happy to beat them with any stick someone hands me tbh -
....They aren't that bad every week Raj Expecting a tougher game tonight. Especially as we have a habit of being dreadful ourselves at times.

TBF if someone offers 30 million + I'd consider it good business. I'm yet to see any evidence he'd be a very good Premier League player which is what you want if your shelling over 30 million out. The problem will be what we do (or more than likely do not do) with the proceeds.
