Had one of these today at Herbert's Yard today with some honey buffalo chicken wings. Then had a pint of Loom by SALT which was decent but nowhere near as good as steady rolling man

I'm not saying he is that good. But why would he bother moving to a different club in the championship when Cov have reached the playoffs twice out of the last 3 seasons? Surely he would only bother leaving for the step up to the league above
-
No chance, if he leaves it would surely only be for a move to the prem

Premier League 2025/26 Thread

Agreed, I think that's the only bit of value there tbh. I can also see forest being quite low down next season with European football to contend with. Then you've got Brentford who could lose Mbuemo and Wissa -

Agreed, apart from his throw-ins. 2 foul throws in 1 game -
Trump has just earned £100k for making 100 century breaks this season. He's looking good!

Cmon Ben, when Selby plays like this it's awful to watch. Selby looks beyond frustrated that he's having to resort to this too

I'm guessing it's not that easy to overtake around this track? Even so its a good looking grid, will be interesting to see how many places Lando can make, I don't think he'll get much further than 5th or 6th tbh

Just done my 1st ever 10k. Really happy with how consistent my splits were. It was pretty much dead on 5.43 per 1k for the whole thing. Finished it in 57m 20s. Buzzing with that! -
That grid should make for an interesting race tomorrow! Piastri is surely nailed on for a win. (Both Mercedes drivers getting a 1 place grid drop in case anyone missed that)

Agreed with the fact that series 1 was much more enjoyable than series 2. It just seemed to lose its charm in series 2 a bit for me. Still decent but nowhere near as good as the 1st

That is one of the best free kicks I've seen

The Lathums last night at the o2 academy in Birmingham was great, really impressive live!

Can someone with a digital season ticket tell me how it works?
Ian W LCFC replied to Qwerty's topic in Ticket News and Travel
Yes mate, I did this a few times last season. You can use either for any game -
Chelsea are so poor to watch. They don't look even remotely close to scoring despite having loads of possession
-
PSG are rather impressive under Enrique.

No surprise he missed

2 weeks ago I came up with a bit of a daft plan to start with a 5km, and then every Saturday for the following weeks I up the distance by 1km. I normally only ever run 5ks but wanted to see if I enjoyed doing slightly longer distances to improve my fitness. My 6k went well last weekend with me averaging 5m 33 per km, then my 7k yesterday went surprisingly well averaging 5m 37 per km. I felt like I could go on a tiny bit further so intrigued to see if I can manage the jump to 8k next weekend. With the aim of getting to 10k by the end of the month. I think the furthest I've ever ran without walking in between is 7.5k last year so quite pleased with how I'm doing so far! -
These were my exact thoughts. It was an okay episode but when you have to wait a week to see it, and then have to wait a further week to see what happens next it is frustrating when not a lot happens in it.

Watched a couple of episodes the other day, and thought it was well made. I'm too young to really know much about it so was nice to educate myself on it.

Anyone fancy Ayew as the number 9? He's good at holding up the ball and bringing others into play, and let's face it Vardy is offering nothing in that position.

Great to see us actually come out and start a 2nd half well! -

Such a good tune. Interesting point though with regards to music whilst running. I used to never be able to go on a run without putting music on first. Nowadays I prefer to run with no music at all, what are people's preferences? -
Had some cracking beers in the beer emporium in Bristol last night

Finished the 2nd series of SAS Rogue Heroes. I thought it was fantastic!
