...he looks good, holds his run well, looks like he is always where he needs to be!!! He has the presence of mind to delay his strike and allow the defender or keeper to commit himself, just doing something different will always open up a better option. -
...like HS2, the longer you wait the more expensive it becomes!!! The cost of materials and manpower is going up all the time and we need to make the decision and start right now. Had we started last season it would have saved us money in the long run. Infrastructure does not impact FFP, so any money put in by King Power could be used as a loan and paid off over an agreed period of time.

...a good idea, probably far too recognisable to make it work, but it would be good to get a fan's eye view of what happens on match day!!!

...that is not capitalising on mistakes, that is mitigating our mistakes, where a professional foul is what we use to stop a counter from our play breaking down!!! We are in no way a dirty team, in the sense of being reckless and overly physical in challenges, but this amount of yellow cards isn't good. -
...she did not look favourite to get the ball played through by Tierney, but when she shot I did think it was the side netting!!! Good finish from where she was, we needed someone of this ability being able to finish. Missy Goodwin looked pretty frustrated, either with herself or the role she has asked to play out there. Normally she just gets on with things, her body language wasn't positive in the main.

...he loves a nutmeg!!! -
...the big thing is that these teams that have come at us have been let down by their finishing!!! Blackburn had a spell where they were successful pressing us as well as Coventry early in the second half, the only thing was they failed to convert very good chances.

The dark side of leicester

...we were not a cynical team, we hated other teams doing it and rightfully so!!! The refs need to clamp down on it, the big boys seemed prone to get away with it as they took turns to commit the foul and avoid the sending-off We did not harangue referees and played in the right spirit. Our mentality was weak regarding resilience and had nothing to do with the cynical dark arts. -
...we have started all our seasons in the WSL like this, except for last week's game!!! I do not know why we have resorted to playing like we are doing, not looking after the ball, weak in competing , Everton are easily playing around us, not because they are that good just because we are ill organised and making errors you would see in a school game. I hope we will not have to wait another 10 games for our next point, because at the moment it seems like we are back to square one at the moment.
-
...looking very much like the team of old, half hearted and compete like school girls!!! Goodwin looks like she has just taken up the game. There is little confidence that these players have brought into the game. Everton looks very positive and appear to know how the want to move the play, we are so slow to react.
-
...the likelihood is that they would be own goals, sigh!!!
-
...I wonder if we would enquire about Rak Sakyi in the January window!!!
-
...that is 5 teams, as I said we are going to be pressed, but for the rest of the league and so far as Maresca is concerned he will want to continue playing the same way!!! He just wants to see if we can be brave on the ball irrespective of who is pressing us and that is why Plan A is always being worked on. Yes, players need to be replaced but we cannot look to continuously rebuild the team, as we will be losing a lot of who we are. keeping the core of this team and adding more quality is the only way to go. Burnley lost a few key players (loanees) it made them a lesser team.
-
...I do not think we will be the ones chasing, how many teams play like we are attempting to do!!! We are not going to be so respected should we go up, we are going to be pressed relentlessly, man-marked by teams trying to stifle us. We can't bring 5-6 players in, we need continuity and we hope that the loanees pan out for the season and we can sign them up.

...surprised he was the one that came off and not Casadei, was fatigue an issue!!! I wanted to see if we could drop him into the #8 role with Mavididi coming in on the left. I certainly think he is much better centrally than on the wing. I wonder if Casadei is this year's Soumare, in the sense that we are expecting certain things from him, but it is not what he does.
-
...perhaps the defensive back needs to have more strings to his bow!!! What an asset he would be if he could be competent at catching as well as covering the movement of Wide Receivers. Like football (soccer) seems to have morphed into a game where individuals are multi-talented, perhaps developing DB to catch and intercept as well is an innovation to be looked into.

...great film, hilarious!!!
-
...it could be that he was on the LW, but he will be so frustrating!!! He appears to have all the attributes but cannot use them, we will keep willing him to come right, my worry is that it will not change.

...obviously did not see the game, but at one stage they were down to 9 men!!! Arsenal is a more technical team, they have a large catchment area and a big pull. I would suspect they kept hold of the ball much better with fewer numbers and we struggled to make our superiority in numbers count. It seems we are replicating last season, we obviously learned nothing.
