Second best across the park. No urgency or craft to forage an opening. There’s no desire at all especially to defend - and I mean as a team, not just the back 4. The basics of finding a blue shirt with a pass even are a lot to ask of many members of this side. It’s actually an insult to think these players are taking home the money that they are. Well done to Norwich who played as a unit and did the right things in the right areas.

Fatawu just plays for himself. Doesn’t track back and thinks of his showreel instead of doing the basics right.

Second to every ball this afternoon. Defence an absolute joke. Deserve to lose this.
-
I had high hopes for Nelson but the lad can’t even judge where a ball is going to land.

Incredible to think that Winks and Skipp formed half of a premier league midfield once.

It’s the fact this lot are on megabucks that really pisses me off. At least on this ground in 07/08 we had bargain basement players on next to nothing.

Welcome (back) Gary! Fond memories of you in a blue shirt and hopefully some good ones to be made in the dugout.

It happened on the way to (or from) the ground

A local met us off the train at Bristol Temple Meads station and literally gave us a tour of the city and walked us to Ashton Gate, we neither knew him nor asked him to. Strange but fantastic hospitality. -
Get Dyche in.

I can’t see any other way we stay up currently. The chances of us getting a manager in with a strong enough attitude and speed of implementation with his methods to work in time is slim. It’s sad to watch but it could be enough for the owner to hand over the keys and for a proper rebuild to take place.

Results like that send you down. -
C & F vote The last ever ever goal at Filbert Street (Walsh penalty) was there for Piper’s too. 2-1 win at Charlton FA Cup, Dublin in stoppage time.

I thought that it would be a rocky season but the decline has been incredible and now we're in a potentially irreversible rut of losing games with a manager yet to come in and get the team playing the way he wants at precisely the wrong portion of the season. The higher-up's of course will take no responsibility if we do drop down but I hope the main man does the decent thing and puts the club in someone's hands who is actually interested in picking us up off the canvas.

As if there are people clapping Ayew off…
-
Get him off, what was that? Couldn’t have given less of a shit.
-
So called big players like Fatawu and Ayew have yet again failed to step up, actually feeling sorry for the young lads having to find their feet with absolutely no on-field leadership.

It's unique that we have an owner that stinks of money but sadly is unable to part with any. Before when it was the Levein/Kelly era we barely had a penny to scratch our backside with. The Allen/Megson/Holloway era was pretty much Holloway playing the role of captain of the Titanic after Mandaric's dodgy signings. It's not the worst so far but it's sure heading that way but more so due to the height that we have fallen from.

Are they being told to stand off or are they just lazy? Stolarzyk kept his glove sponsorship deal with lurpak quiet. Why parry it?! Insanity.
-
Fatawu terrible again making even the easiest pass nigh on impossible. Mavididi too. Skipp starting well though.

Let’s bring the human traction engine on, Christ.

This is what happens when you don’t take your chances.

Thomas has been terrible all game.

Jordan Ayew reminds of when your teams a man short and you ask someone’s dad to fill in.
