It’s a shame because the landlord was really good when he just worked behind the bar at the Kings Head. Was always gonna drop off when Alex went, he was the best landlord in Leicester by a country mile. Also with Mitch(the long hair guy) going as well, it would have been difficult for Cain. I used to really rate BCA pubs, whether it was their main ones in Birmingham or the couple in Worcester but now they all look very similar, and as a sad ticker, the beer rotation isn’t as good as it used to be.

Mileage this year has just tipped 600 miles, I have to run everyday( well6/7 a week), to help me function. I’ve noticed the soles of my feet are often incredibly sore, any idea as to what this could be? Normally hampers the first mile of each run. My shoes are fine, I think, on my second pair of the year already. But if I’ve got an issue, maybe I’ll have to get some special shoes.
