  1. Personally believe that Corberan is the best manager(not coach because that would be Maresca), in the division.
  2. 6000 it looks like.
  3. I’m a fan of his but he’s been incredibly disappointing in the championship. Based upon the chances given this season, he should be fourth choice. Then he goes and plays superbly against Bournemouth, so frustrating.
  4. I think money will be so tight next year, that we will need to ensure that he is our second choice keeper, rather than signing a Danny Ward type on inflated wages.
  5. Another pub that was described as having limited opening hours.
  6. He should have got Tanky Smith to help. What a depressing list though.
  7. Glad to hear someone else remembers, my Dad had his stag do there apparently, don’t think they cleaned the high chair that I was put in the mid 90s to when it closed a few years back!
  8. Saw that, weird that he went to all these veggie places and then decided to do a chicken curry. Think Bobbys is very overrated, Sayonara was the best before it closed.
  9. Taster menu is good, six courses if I remember correctly.
  10. Nah, it’s him and Hermansen for next season, regardless of our division.
  11. If it’s a bank holiday, you can drink from whatever time you want but agree regarding a Saturday!
  12. Stonegate have sold Loaded dog.
  13. Bristol city game was always going to be played at 1230, regardless of Sky.
  14. We’re massive.
  15. Good choice of lawyer, can just pop across the road for a pint of Tiger at the Marquis.
  16. And Adams Scottish!
  17. Hopefully it wasn’t because he was waiting for a Kidney.
  18. Lovely story- always interesting to hear how foreign fans start supporting Leicester when it’s not necessarily because of a raised profile through being in the Premier League.
  19. We are incredibly lucky to still be in the almost same position that Filbert Street once was. It still means we have parts of our heritage continuing into both matchday routines for either stadium. The same walk means we may see the same people, walk past the same pub, food outlet or even slightly dodgier part of the city. The reintroduction of the statue of the liberty was a great touch, pre King Power(obviously), to maintain tangible heritage of the area. I personally think having a memorial garden and statue of Vichai is a bit too much, preferring just one to remember all the victims. Other areas of the stadium or wider vicinity, clearly Filbert Street needs marking better, despite the addition of a heritage panel, although given the number within the city it’s heritage saturation at this point. I liked the pre Covid plans for affordable housing, Filbert Street gates marking the entrance to the development but that has gone quiet. On Burnmoor Street it’s a shame they couldn’t have a sign marking the old turnstile entrance, although it’s painstakingly obvious where it is given the awful rendering. Helen Meller the town planning historian once said something along the lines, that moving into the 21st century the football club was the best way to enact civic pride and so therefore a local authority should use this. Soulsby conveyed this message post league title win but the variables that have effected the attempts, such as murals and so on being removed demonstrates how difficult it is for a local authority to help maintain the heritage of a football club, therefore the responsibility falls with the ownership. We know this has already failed to an extent, thus fans creating things like a TIFO are our best bet.
  20. Most of the cycle paths are or at least were funded by the European Regional Development fund! Anecdotal evidence and putting 2+2 together to get 5.
  21. Well played last night but I’d fairs fair and the other strikers should be ahead of him currently.
  22. Statutory areas for spending have gone up but funding hasn’t.
  23. Iversen over Ward we probably stay up.
  24. He’s a really good keeper, remember the Dunfermline manager saying at the time, what a coup he was, when they signed him on loan. When you’re not playing regularly, what’s being asked of him with the passing is incredibly difficult, not to mention he hasn’t played often with the first choice backline.
  25. ITV 4, for an FA Cup quarter final draw? Might as well be on quest or Film4 plus one.
