  1. Send him out with an option to recall. As others have said he needs proper game time
  2. Is free and can base his chant around the Bucky O’hare theme tune - on that alone get him in.
  3. We have Mcateer, Alves and Marcel and potentially this signing - I’d say that’s plenty of squad options for our wide players with plenty of youth already
  4. Swaps might be quite clever in that while it’s the net amount that is real money presumably the gross amount counts for KDH in PSL terms while we’ll amortise the Moder payment, so value at £40m / £15m net £25m is the same in real money as £30’m / £5m but may not be in terms of profitability i’m sure you have to show that the transfers are reasonable value but it’s quite subjective
  5. VK mistake aside looked full of energy. If Vesty can play against England, he’ll be fine if used to his strengths in the Prem. England almost to a player were well below their club standards
  6. Good luck to him. I think he’s underrated and Potter was overrated. Obviously the target is simply to stay up and avoid future points deductions. Hopefully he’ll be given enough of a budget to do that. it’ll be unrealistic expectations by our fans if anything that will bring the negativity. i’ll give him top marks for bants if he turns up to his first training session in his old forest head coach garb.
  7. Let’s not pretend we have a bunch of ‘elite’ players so why would they expect an ‘elite’ manager. Enzo showed little if any flexibility - he did what was required but he wasn’t a genius. Our last ‘elite’ manger nearly ruined the club, quite happy to have someone who tries to connect with the club and its fans.
  8. It would be good just to know what the points deduction pre-appeal is. Also if we are going to sell anyone by 30th June, it’s time to get a move on. i don’t really blame any prospective manager wanting to some certainty ahead of committing to the job,
  9. Come to Leicester - FYI we may or may not have a manager who doesn’t play left backs. and yeah we don’t quite hand out those massive contracts anymore. keen?
  10. No chance Potter is going to United (that said, I thought the same about Enzo going to Chelsea). With Poch and Tunchel out of work, I can’t see Potter getting a big club, Everton depending on new owners could be interesting but the Premier League jobs that turn up will be clubs which start badly and are near the bottom.
  11. Iverson would be second choice surely with Ward Third?
  12. To give a bit of context a £70m wage bill across 25 players is over £50k each. that the wage bill of a low- mid ranking team. if his wages drop in the championship (which they will do, he has shown that he is easily good enough at that level).
  13. Depends on wages really
  14. Looks like he is staying then.
  15. Super Cooper. Feeling he’s our number one.
  16. Enzo has moved on and so should we. He’s not going to waste time speaking about us and nor should we be overly bitter about him moving. i take the clubs desire to back him (I assume that means financially) as a good thing. Onwards and upwards
  17. Just get it done and we all move on. If Chelsea are quibbling about £1m or so when they are putting Enzo in charge of a team worth £500m or so, then it doesn’t look great.
  18. Things change - Rodgers and Enzo not the managers for him but him, JJ and Ricardo are more than capable full back options in the Prem
  19. Keep us up and a lot of our problems go away. Most of our big earners will have gone and the rules will have probably changed. So spending restriction likely much lowered. We only have to finish above 3 teams
  20. Jordon James to James Justin. It’s a commentators nightmare is that one, two, three or four players…. on that basis alone - I’m 100% in
  21. While for me the jury is still out. He will have worked with elite players at Man City and understands how a really big club operates. He may well have a squad which is good enough to force his style on his opponents. it could all work out for him. I can see the logic in this one
  22. Good time to go to Chelsea, Klopp goie, Pep one more season, United all over the shop. Not bothered if he went but Enzo hasn’t done enough yet to warrant big club
  23. I read that as ‘I want to continue to be paid well, it can be here’. Club Legend
  24. He’s gone on holiday paying for it with his goal bonus. I’m surprised he got as far as Bournemouth and isn’t in an Airb&b near Rutland Water
  25. Other sports manage it quite easily, personally I’d simply give the captain or the manager 1 VAR call a game and if it overturns a in-game decision they get another.
