Guess The Clubs Headline In Relegation Statement
jayfox26 replied to The Year Of The Fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
I cant wait for it, it will be the usual positive spin word salad, and like you said, no mention of the word relegation. The best part of it will be the comments from our "fans" on social media. Things like "will be nice to visit some new stadiums like Bromley" "We're just a small club so this is probably our level" "Our amazing owner will make sure we get promoted straight away" "At least the plastic fans wont turn up anymore" We can also look forward to a full internal review to understand why this happened and ensure it doesnt happen again. The review will be published at the same time as the Epstein Files -
I cant even be arsed watching our games so im not going to watch other shite championship games. If I was watching football tonight, which I'm not, it would be the Barce game
-
Can we rename this thread to "a list of hideous managers that Top and Rudkin would love to appoint"
-
Just seen the post they put on fb about the club not responding to them about the season ticket renewal deadline. The comments are unreal. The club is utterly doomed with some of the absolute morons we have "supporting" us, or should I say supporting Top. What a shambles!

Was just reading about some Newcastle fans wanting Howe gone and some of the comments were "be careful what you wish for". Starting to think that most social media posts about football these days are just bots as there cant be actual humans that keep repeating the same nonsense all the time.
-
Whilst I cant see us winning another game, I would not put it past this vile club and players to beat Portsmouth just to prolong our agony only for us to get pumped by Hull and Millwall. We are an uttelry miserable existence of a football club right now. And even if by some miracle we take it to the last day and we need to win to stay up, it will be Stoke all over again and we draw 0-0 and go down.

I think some of the higher earners, we try and shift by offering them to clubs with no fee attached. Whilst they wont get the wages they get here, a signing on fee at a club could alleviate that. We aren't realistically going to get a transfer fee for Vestergaard or Reid. Someone possibly might pay a fee for Hamza or possibly loan him
-
Im aware of some of Hamza's behaviour off the pitch, but has Thomas done something as well?
-
The kind of stats that have gone against us most of the season. The stats from our last 3 games are mind blowing. Incredible that weve got 2 points from a possible 9.
-
We wont be getting back. We'll be lucky if we dont go bust. More points deductions and a mass exodus of players meaning we'll be playing a team of youth lads next season. It's incredible that Sheff Wed have had so much media coverage about their plight yet nobody in the media seems to want to admit that we are in a not too dissimilar position. Whilst we haven't not paid the players yet, we are on the verge of financial disaster. Ill be amazed if we're not in administration within the next 10 months.

LCFC 0-1 Swansea, post-match thread

Our last 3 games: For Shots 71 On target 26 Goals 3 Points 2 XG average 2 Against Shots 22 On target 5 Goals 4 XG average 0.75 Grim -
I currently live in Chorley and may end up taking my kids watching them rather than the KPFC horror show

LCFC 20 shots Pompey 1 shot. 1-0 Pompey

Im ashamed of the club in its current guise. Its not my club and not the club I've supported all my life. My feeling of shame is more than results/success/potential relegation to the 3rd tier. Im ashamed we have a dodgy gambling sponsor on our shirts. Im ashamed that the people running our club take no accountability/responsibility and are constantly trying to find loopholes to get around points deductions etc. Im ashamed that the people that run the club have treat our fans so appallingly and we are now seen as customers rather than fans. Im ashamed that we have a group of players that are the highest paid in the league but dont give 2 shits whether the club stays up or goes down. Im not ashamed of Leicester City football club as such, im ashamed of this sham club we've become which seems more like KPFC than LCFC.

His cons are still way better than Tops pros

For the first time in my life, I actually feel ashamed to say im a Leicester fan. Bit of background, but my Dad was from Leicester and always supported them, so despite me living my whole life in the north West, I've always proudly supported Leicester since being 7 and went to my first game on my 10th birthday, 3-3 draw with Arsenal at Filbert Street. Spent my whole youth being surrounded by Man U and Liverpool plus Bolton fans and constantly being asked "why do you support Leicester" and regardless of what league we were in or how we were doing, I always proudly wore my shirts and never bothered about other people slating me for my football choices. My kids now wear leicester shirts to but im now at a point where I dont feel proud to support Leicester anymore. People at work always want to talk about football and have a little dig about leicester being rubbish and I dont even engage in conversation about foorball anymore. This owner, board and players have destroyed any enjoyment I've ever had in football. I will always look back fondly about our trips to Wembley in play offs and league cups plus of course the title win and fa cup win, and even times when we weren't very good but we were always proud of our team and our players. Of course me never living in the city may have a different outlook to others but im genuinely interested to see if others feel the same. Are people proud to say they support Leicester right now? Do people enjoy our games? Im not one that suffers with mental health as such but football has been my whole life and im now at an age (because of injuries) that i dont play anymore, and im finding i dont even enjoy watching football anymore and it makes me really sad. I do hope that one day I will get back watching games again, and im not even bothered what league we are in but I just want a club and a group of players that I can feel pride in again. Everyone and everything about this club currently makes me feel sick.

Match thread Leicester vs Swansea 11th April 2026
jayfox26 replied to tinpot_fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Anything other than 3 points should result in full boos around the stadium but of course our happy clappers will give them all a huge round of applause. -
Mukasa has been dragged down to the level of the vile wasters around him. He'll go on to have a good career.

Going bust actually seems a more favourable option than having to watch another minute of these players or another minute of Top and Rudkin burning the club to the ground. Genuinely feels like sabotage now

Won't make a shite of difference. These players have mentally checked out, no manager in the world can get a win out of these vile wasters
