Agreed and he also seems like a good character, along with Chaplin, and weve desperately lacked good characters around the place. Id imagine both of them would set the standard in training and the younger lads could learn alot from them. The main worry is his injury record but if they both stay fit, Burns and Chaplin will be 2 of the best players in the league.

Its an absolute shambles! I wanted to take my 2 young lads to their first leicester match and was going to do the Burton game but nothing at all on the website. Not been to a game for 2 years as I hate the running of the club and I have hated most of the players during that time, but i am willing to back the young lads we have but dont seem able to do that with them not releasing any info about match tickets. Playing BDCR as a false 9 is a war crime only seen when we tried using Okazaki as a loan striker. As effective and loved as Okazaki was, playing as a loan striker was never going to work, just like playing BDCR as a false 9 won't.

The players need to get match fitness and sharpness. Aside from risking even more injuries, we'd also struggle in our opening games as the opposition would most likely be fitter and sharper. Although that was the case for the whole of last season and we did play friendlies then.

But at least you could say things like "goalless half time' when we are winning 1-0 😂. Still absolutely cracks me up that. I've come to the conclusion that our sm team are just taking the piss at this stage 😂
