  1. Unfortunately, some sections of our fanbase still have the "little leicester" mentality which is why mediocrity will be accepted by many and also seems to be accepted by many within the club. I think we have a decent squad, that with the right manager could comfortably stay up but Cooper is way out of his depth and just seems to lack basic tactical awareness and also picking his strongest team. Also doesn't seem to have a clue how to use subs effectively to influence a game.
  2. Yep this is exactly what the team should be although I'm still thinking having Vestergaard playing could be beneficial as he's one of the only players in the squad capable of playing a forward pass
  3. I don't see too many people blaming the players. The blame firmly lies with the manager with his lack of plan, poor tactics, poor team selection and poor subs. I dont have a problem with the players and actually think this squad is good enough to stay up but not with this clown in charge. If we get an actual football manager soon then we will stay up. If he's still here by Christmas, which he 100% will be, we will 100% go down.
  4. Shit first half epitomised by a shit team selection and shit tactics. A huff and puff second half epitomised by awful subs at the wrong times. Repeat, repeat, repeat. I'm always willing to give a manager time if I can see a clear plan and a way forward. Don't see anything but shite with this clown in charge. We're a joke!
  5. Get him gone. Shite team selection, shite subs, shite tactics, fck right off you absolute cretin! Everton are comfortably the worst side in this league and we should have destroyed them but Cooper single handedly has dropped us 2 points, like he did against Palace
  6. We all know Top won't take action until it's far too late. Cooper will still be here after Christmas and we may already be dead and buried
  7. Sort it out Cooper, this opening 12 minutes has been awful. Can't string 2 passes together and we're making Everton look half decent which they absolutely are not.
  8. This is going to come down to Cooper and whether he can take the handbrake off and be brave. On paper our team is miles better than theirs, I genuinely wouldn't take any of their starting 11 in ours but we all know the game isn't played on paper, and Cooper needs to set us up to win and go for them from the off!
  9. The money we'd pay Potter and his team would be nowhere near the amount we'd lose through relegation. I'm not saying we get rid of Cooper now as he's not had anywhere near enough time but if things don't improve soon, then questions will need to be asked. Thing is, if Everton part with Dyche before we potentially part with Cooper, I could see Potter going there. New stadium next season, reckon he'd fancy that gig.
  10. Or a bad porno
  11. Ricardo out!
  12. At least 2 of them have been set up by this same guy 🤣
  13. I'm absolutely convinced that we'll have decisions go against us this season after the failed attempt to give us a points deduction. Anything that could be seen as close/controversial will 9 times out of 10 go against us, like we saw against Palace. They can say the tech works and can't be wrong but it's clear that's utter bollocks. What will also have been clear is that the people running var for the Palace game will have known there was no conclusive angle, so they knew they would be able to "get away with" giving a dodgy decision.
  14. Need a Newcastle win later. Need to keep the likes of Wolves down with us. Everton game is an early season must win. If we stand any chance of staying up, we need to be beating the 8/9 teams that will be in the bottom half of the table with us, especially at home.
  15. There isn't necessarily an issue with us setting up defensively and being organised, so long as we can play quick counter attacking football and get at teams a little more. It's fine setting up tactically defensive but the team selection shouldn't be ultra defensive and we should never ever, use a midfield 3 of Winks, Skipp and Ndidi because that straight away stops us having any creativity and being able to carry the ball forward when we get possession back. As regards the full back/ wingers situation, with the way Cooper wants us to play, we should rotate these positions based on opposition. If a team is weaker down their left, start Ricardo bombing on and have either VK or Justin as the holding lb and if they are weaker down their right, have Justin as the holding rb and VK bombing on down the left. Skipp and Winks are fine as the deep midfielders and then we can rotate between Buonanotte and El Khannouss as the attacking mid. Ayew to start against Palace with JV off the bench and them Edouard to start after Palace possibly rotating with JV and Ayew being rotated with the wingers.
  16. Yep seems that way. I'm hoping things may change once all the new signings are available and settled in. We haven't necessarily played badly in the games so far this season and we seem organised, but like you say, if we continue being so defensive, it will be difficult to win games.
  17. I'd say Fulham were also beatable but all these sides will be strong at home
  18. 7 points needed. Palace -1 Everton-3 Arsenal-0 Bournemouth-3. Got to stop shitting ourselves and get at teams, especially at home to the teams that are likely to be down the bottom end with us like Everton and Bournemouth.
  19. Wow, he looks insanely talented. Hide Monga!
  20. Is this the kid there was a video of last year where he was running rings round people. I vaguely remember a young kid in a leicester top absolutely rinsing everyone he played against
  21. Agreed, as much as the PL/EFL will absolutely want to shaft us, their poorly written rules means Nick De Marco would shaft them every way possible, until they close the loopholes and hire someone to write their rules correctly. Alternatively, they could just scrap the psr bull shit and allow a level playing field but that would upset the cartel, and the PL wouldn't dare upset them!
  22. Anyone out of our current u21 side that has the potential to be in the first team in the not so distant future?
  23. Nypan is going to be a hell of a player.
  24. Nah its fine to write players off early. I wrote Vardy off when he conceded that pen against Middlesbrough and I wrote Ricardo off early in his first season against Bournemouth. I was correct to do so, they've both been shite.
